Absolutely dreadful service....had to wait for staff to attend as they were too busy having cigarette breaks and this wasnt the first time. Horrendous customer care....nine existent. Unhelpful, standoffish and rude. The product might be decent but the support is a total fail.

Nice little all in one shop where cameras, dslr, tripods, memory cards, external flashes and camera bags are Available and since it is Nikon center so prices are same as mentioned on the website. Staff is highly cooperative, all in all a very place to purchase your camera as you can also sign up for tutorial workshops here as well. Easily accessible and they accept credit card and cash payment both.

First while entering the shop, you will find a bad smoking smell. As you will proceed you will see a person looking like a monkey. Then you will have to gain courage to talk to him and when you will talk to him. He will burst like he is doing a big ihsaan on you and will speak in an extremely rude way. Terrible experience and terrible dealing. They cant even provide a camera which is superhit saying terribly and straightforward that the camera isnt available as you didnt buy it before.

I bought a Nikon d7100 from your retail store located in Ground Floor, 55 Nazim-ud-din Rd, Islamabad 44000, Pakistan. I was told i will get the purchase receipt by mail. Despite a (almost) month passed I HAVE NOT received the receipt. I hope i can receive the mail soon or i will have to report the mater to the authorities.
