I placed an order a few months back and paid more than half the cost of the total amount as deposit. Due to some issue I had to be out of town for 2 months. I never got to send them my prescription number all this long, so they were just holding a replica frame that i chose all this time. I came back to the store and asked for a refund, since i never got to send them my prescription number and it had been long enough that i already got a eyeglass pair from elsewhere at 1/3 the price I was paying here. The store manager started to make up reasons why he cant offer me my money back. He first pointed at a 15 day pick up policy at the bottom of the receipt which was meant for completed frames, this wasnt even a completed frame nor was it a pick up. he went on and on trying to make up reasons so he can rip me off my money (hah, lets see how long hell make a living out of this). Apparently a replica can also run out of fashion, this was new! Anyway I asked him to just take the frame money out of the total and return me the remaking. For a while he argued how hell keep all of it but i guess his greed didnt make sense so he offered me 2 options. 1. hell return 1000 out of the deposit making the frame value at 1500 and give me the frame. since this replica was out of season (lol, what a Joke!) 2. hell pay me 1500 and keep 1000 and the frame. This was where he lost me. Purely DISGUSTING! He wanted to keep 40% of the deposit and the frame. This is when you know you should NOT be going them any further business and warn people what kind of a business they are running. If there is no return or exchange policy mentioned on the receipts then verbally stating any policy only shows how full of BS you are. I would highly recommend to go else where, there are places in RWP that sell frames+lense at 1/3 if the price here, same replica BS. All these frames are manufactured by the same export company. The huge difference in price is only because of where the shop you are buying from is located and how well they scam you to pay more.
