Its good, a Kids milk named Cow and gate i searched it all over Islamabad, Rawalpindi but i found it here for my niece and other stuff, after 3 week or a month i come here from taxila, Never Disappointed

They don’t have most of the medicines available better one is F-10 D Watson.

The staff sometimes really give you a cold shoulder and are not helpful or welcoming at all.

• 3rd Class Store.• Lack Multivatimins.• Rude Staff.• Cant Handle Rush and Queue.

The only problem is for parking. You have to park the car on opposite side.

Good choice for buying meds and other cosmetics. nice location but i dont under their payment. first u get the meds and then have to wait in a long queue to get the bill. then will go to the counter. why not directly pay.

I can always rely on G9 Dwatson to have all the medicines I need. Even if they don’t they arrange it for you. The staff is super super helpful. I strongly recommend this store!

I am a regular customer and buy medicines and spectacles/lenses from there regularly. All medicines are available always. If any medicine is not available they call the supplier and confirm availability. Optics has great variety as well!

Encountered a very rude senior manager there who had no manners to deal with customers. i think this branch is enough to ruin name of overall business

A very good location for a well renowned medical store but the dont seem to meet the level at which other D. Watson Chains are. I went here two times and was not able to find the medicine I was looking for. It is as good as other medical stores already running in the area.

Cannot comment on the medical store but D Watson Optics G-9 is non professional, incompetent and extremely overpriced. I have been using spectacles for the past 15 years but not once I experienced total lack of understanding of how to check eye sight. The number assessed by D Watson is always wrong. It happened to me two times and once with a near one. Please avoid this shop if you love your eyes. I have left this shop forever.

Rude Staff,especially on the ground floor.They act like they’re giving you medicine etc for free.

The manager is very rude and he has no manners to communicate with people. I wanted to buy brittanal syrup around 12:45 and he refused and said Aadhi raat ku munh utha ker aa jaatey hain. There are plenty of options available in town.
