Good place, nice building, helpful staff and nice facilities specially water/toilets were clean. Good space for parking.The only draw back is there was no bracket fan in the class rooms. They have stand fans (2 for each class) that is not enough. Secondly, they need to install clock watch in every class room. I don’t understand why the management comes before test and put clocks using tapes. Whey can’t they nailed it on wall.

Why would an organization cancel signle test four times? And a test anounced in August, 2019. Last time held in October 2020, and merit list not displayed untel yet, its november 23. How is this automation in organization. The test was only of one district, not the whole Provice or Country.

When it comes to conducting tests, they dont provide even a wall clock. Examination staff keeps on making noise and disturbance in the exam room. I think they no longer issue roll number slips. But here is the bleakest part... their customer (test taker in this case), when needs help in getting the result OR duplicate result, their call center service (hotline) will put your call on hold for 5 minutes and then automatically disconnect (happened with me at least three times) and I was never able to talk to their customer support representative (if anyone exists) . They provide no email address other than query and you wont get any response from that as well. So, effectively you cant contact them remotely and you need to go physically at their office. From there on, you MIGHT get some assistance in reaching the concerned place. To sum it up, absolutely disgusting services from the candidates viewpoint, in business terminology, pathetic after sales services.

I had have very worse experience with NTS. Because they always showing unprofessional behaviour. I called 100 times or more but no one answering on mentioned number, then how will we ask queries?

Pioneers of testing service in Pakistan.In a time It was 1st and only testing service in Pakistan. They organized different tests for different organzations all over the Pakistan. In start they had very reasonable fee but with the time they increase fee so much.

Not a good experience with them. In my case, despite submitting query form following their instructions, my application was rejected.

Nice and helping staff. But if you want to get something from them done please ask them to do it in front of you. Otherwise you will have to visit once again.

Good to assess candidates written as well as mental capabilities before being called for interview. In Pakistan,this is being done by NTS.Weldone

Bad management, untrained invegilators and supervisors. Using unreliable and old softwares. Always charge more fee but provide bad service... Also sifarish/unmerit system is common in NTS.Rates are fixed for numbers in test you just need to find a common link in that institute to get 90+ marks in any test. In simple words Money is everything.Playing with future of nation just for their own benefits.

NTS is a national Testing servise. The building is good and tall. Environment is also good and clean. waiting area is enough and clean. Candidates take token numbers and wait for their turn. There are three counters for the queries of candidates. Although NTS has to improve its structure of application.There were lots of candidates who were enquiring a simple problems like fees slips, admission form and slip etc. They should take every thing online. There should be no requirements of hardcopies. one who pays the fees, NTS should inform him or her for the test and check the hard proof of fees slip in the centre.

Y I did not received my roll number slip for tomorrow test??? Also o cant download my r/n slip from nts website because of site r under maintenance!!!!Tomorrow is my test now what should I do????
