Courteous staff, wiling to adjust your order as peer your desire. Fine food and serving. However environment and condition of the place as a whole is very shabby, with air-conditioning hardly working, chairs and tables almost broken and poor cleanliness standards.

They are strictly following SOPs and out door seating in good weather is very refreshing with a fresh cup of coffee.

In winter outside sitting arrangements without heather is horrible.

Gloria Jeans F11 never disappointed me in 8 years. It has a very consistent taste and quality. The best place in town for a hang out and casual gathering. Their Grilled chicken sandwich, dark chocolate brownie and Irish nut cream coffee is unbeatable in Islamabad. Red velvet cake and cheese cake slice are also amazing. No matter where I go or whatever people suggest, it is by default, already decided and already understood destination of my birthday celebration in all these years. Keep up the great work, make our tummys happy and keep our brains content with your amazing coffee collection.

Not value for money...Too expensive tea and coffee without the due taste.

Went twice in a day to the F 11 branch of GJC on insistence of a friend who has come from USA and was missing Starbucks coffee. This spoke volumes about the taste and quality of their Americano coffee but this review is basically about the pathetic state of their washroom. The pictures will tell the whole story. The washroom should have been impeccable in view of the exorbitant prices they charge for their products. The friend said such a place would have been shut down by the health department in view of the pathetic sanitary condition of their washroom.Coffee: ++. Amenities -3.

Good place to have a calm and cosy coffee sitting. They have outdoor seating too. They do provide you with heaters if you prefer sitting outside in winters.The service might be slower than expected sometimes, thats what I experienced here.

If you want coffee in Islamabad, heres where you go.One of the most popular coffee places in the capital. Parking might be an issue and I found a spot only on the second trip around the place. A lively chatter is to be expected from young people who favor the hang out, but yeah, you can bring your laptop and will likely find a slightly less noisy corner somewhere.

I had long been planning to go to gloria jeans to grab a nice coffee, expecting a great ambiance of course..... However, when we arrived there i noticed their customer service was not very impressive, i had to look for the waiter many times to ask for guidence on menu or any other service... I ordered irish nut coffee and chocolato coffee with BBQ sandwiches in white bread ...coffee was really good, also liked the sandwiches, it was f11 branch... Neighboring cafes music was too loud, we had to sit inside to avoid all that noise

A reasonable cafe where you have variety of coffees, tea, snacks and even lunch and dinner with sandwiches, burgers or fast food options and with coffee you can enjoy brownies, cookies. Cold coffee or shakes are also on offer. Its open yard seating is an attraction in summer or winter evenings. Prices can be a bit on expensive side.

Gloria Jeans is one of my favorite stop for a cup of coffee/banana bread and sandwich.One of the authentic name in town as a coffee specialist, good thing is their out door sitting.Although, Gloria Jeans also came in sector I-8 with vacuous space but somehow coffee lovers of even I-8 are still visiting F-11 markaz.5 stars from my side.

They were short of almost everything. Restroom was out of order. Were serving coffee and cookies only. No wifi no napkins. Now they have improved a bit but 2nd cup is offering far better service than gloria jeans.

Best coffee in town

I was found of Gloria Jeans 7 years back but now i can feel a great difference to their services , i hope and say good luck for their future improvements and come back. I hate some time when there coffee get bitter but the taste of cold stuff is always the best specially lemon tart

The coffee is great by Pakistani standards. Make sure that you place emphasis on ILL SEND THIS BROWNIE BACK IF ITS NOT FRESH when you place the order.The staff is really nice and will be quite accommodating. The chairs are somewhat uncomfortable for a coffee house and I’d suggest you immediately find sofas. There is an outdoor sitting area if you smoke, which you shouldn’t but hey I’m not your mum.

It is a nice and cozy place. Coffee is good but I liked the choice of desserts a lot. The place can be made better by improving the style and arrangement of furniture. Overall it is good experience to be there.

Over priced ordinary stuff. Smoothie was like its frozen nestle mango juice but charged 6 times over.

It’s fine , not a great branch although, very less sitting space inside and outside usually there are beggars who tend to make the customers uncomfortable, otherwise food and coffee is fine.Its a good place for guys and friends to hand out , smokers can smoke in the sitting area outside.There isn’t too great a view , one can however see the back side of Olympus Mall.

They are a coffee shop. The best thing they should have is the coffee and the snacks that accompany a good cup of coffee. However, thats not the case at Gloria Jeans. They did serve good coffee, back when they started their business in the mid 2000s. Now, their coffee is not the best. In fact, for a coffee lover, like myself, their coffee isnt even worth the money they charge. I know a lot of friends who could fix me a better chilled latte than GJ.The sandwiches? Dont even get me started.Not fresh.Only chicken.And way over priced.I even had a chance to buy a muffin (from GJ) the other day, as I was in the mood to enjoy something sweet with my espresso (not from GJ), and the manager ensured me it was fresh. Well, I took it to my desk and opened it with all excitement, my coffee right next to it, just to find it crumbling as I tried to dig in with my fork. You all know what youre of muffin crumbles! Hint: Not a fresh one!I wouldnt recommend wasting your money here. There are better alternatives available all over the country.

Its a good place to have coffee. Outside seating is good in pleasant weather. They have all the usual Gloria jeans stuff. You have to order inside and the waiter would bring your order. The view outside is that of the huge plaza that still remains to be occupied. Many people smile sheesha here so of youre allergic then you may have a problem.

The shakes are around 500 but not even 250ml which is outrageous. The sitting place and area of the cafe is always good though.

Place is good for hangout/sit out, but the coffee completely depends on the mood of the barista! Sometimes they will pour inthe best coffee and in my experience, in most cases u will have mild warm milk with some minor coffee flavor. And this makes me very disgusted at times. Especially im winters.
