Good experience by PTCL staff, also have a good DSL and Land line service all over country.

I am complaining for a chargi device for 10 days .. but no one bothering.these help line are useless. Dey don’t knw anything..Ptcl wasting money on them and Ptcl is also distorting Pakistan image..

The technical support for Corporate and customer care for consumer service main office . Any problem or services required for Corporate level , or consumer level can b addressed here.

The worst company in the whole world had to call them 50 times still the issue persisted. Save your self a lot of time save your self a lot of headaches. There customer support team sucks big time not only are the agents extremely disrespectful but also the Managers.

Situated in F-8 near 9th Avenue, Islamabad, it is the office of National Tele Cmmunication serving for the public sector communication. It looks after the matter pertaining to telephone, fax connections and internet packages for official purposes.

It has a customer service centre also. It is not very well known so its not very busy. You can get your job done quickly.

Good offices with old historic buildings. The navigation is difficult thought due to absence of sign boards.
