Good place but quality and ambience is not near to Carrefour stores around the world. I can match their quality of items they are selling and ambience more close to MARS store in middle east then to the Carrefour itself... Need improvement really

Nice clean place with a huge variety of things to buy; from bakery products to motorcycles. The service is good and prices are also slightly lower than expected. Just visiting it and roaming around the store is a fun activity in itself

Too expensive. Nothing is affordable at these places. They have made malls which are too expensive for people to buy anything other than just look at the stuff and go home. And then these malls and shops are not that busy hence this proves how expensive they are.The prices are just daylight robbery prices. For example they may put a a kameez for sale for 2000 rupees and then u are about to pay at till and they ask u to pay 3000 rupees because of the white shalwar, and u would have thought shalwar is included with the kameez but they charged 1000 rupees more for shalwar. The shop owners are robbers and thieves charging too much for everything. If they for example lower their prices and stopped charging too much then they would start making profits. Garments in 1 shop were for sale for 1000 rupees whilst last summer the same Garments were 14000 to 20k rupees just for the kameez (kt white shalwar would cost about 5000 rupees) and the clothes have not been bought by anybody thats how expensive these shops are, perhaps the thieve shop owners prayer may be accepted that a billionaire walks in today and buys their cheap Garments costing 14000 rupees & hence they get a sale after many months and even on sale for 1000 rupees I didnt buy the clothes as its low quality. Several times I have told these shop owners that your still making 500 rupees on a Garment but if u lose that sale then u are at loss but not the buyer as the buyer may go to another shop. And then certain places may charge double or triple from a buyer that isnt aware of the prices and all they are doing is stopping that person from ever going to that shopping centre ever again. I paid 2000 rupees for something on sale for 1200 rupees and I bought 3 of those things. Total price was 6000 rupees. So if I had known better then would have paid him 3000 for the 3 garments or even 2500 rupees. So he made a profit of 4000 rupees because he looked like a pious old man not knowing he was a thief in disguise. Have to be very careful when shopping in Pakistan.

One word for Carrefour is Overpriced. It used to be reasonable, but now the prices are on higher side. The space is good but I have seen products not available recently. It used to be a good place but now it is over crowded especially on weekends.

Many cheap and bad quality items.They sold us a wireless keyboard to is without its dongle and when we returned they said it was a clearance item. What??? It was never mentioned its a clearance item nor we were warned of the fact. Good for them that it cost only 200 pkr (they said its supposed to be 2500pkr which I doubt) and I bought it for my kids to play with it as a toy.They also sell low quality foldable tables and all of them arent straight. We returned one and they asked: didnt you check it before?Wow, customer is always wrong. Shane on me I didnt lay it flat and perform quality assurance.We are never going there again. Imtiaz store is better anyway.

It has a wide variety of items but they are priced high. You can go and get your entire month of grocery but the organisation of shelves is not really friendly, its scattered almost everywhere. If budget isnt your concern and exploring makes you thrive then you can enjoy shopping there. For me personally I wouldnt visit again.

A very good shopping mall with variety of items. Far better than any other mall in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Have prices very less than the Metro in Islamabad and you have no binding to purchase things in pairs or bulk

Good place to do grocery. You can find almost every product over there. But only drawback is limited international brand products. For such a big name i think this is something they lack. In comparison, green valley has a better mix of local and international products..

Hyperstar was much better than Carrefour.. there is less variety of things.. things are not managed well...there is no variety of clothes for 0-6 month baby for a little cold weather.. old stuff .. not satisfied

U can get all ur needy items in wide space.

Things should be organized better, then need to label and arrange stuff more properly so that they are easier to find, like they have multiple shelves for detergents and soaps, also the fruits should be fresher, they seemed over ripe and stale... pulses are only available in large bags , they should have smaller bags as well as an are to sell open pulses, we didnt purchase pulses for this very reason. Also i was unable to find knorr tomato ketchup. Axe body spray didnt have much variety either, sarson oil was also not available in a big bottle, there are so many other small things i would like to point out but i think for now these are enough.

Pros: Product range is great, you can almost find everything with reasonable prices.Cons:-The layout of the store doesn’t always make sense to me.-More signage is required, not all products have the nutritional breakdown.-The checkout lines are very inefficient. 2 people working at checkout and it can still take 5-7 mins on a good day and 20-30 mins on a bad one.- Covid-19 protocols barely implemented. While a mask is mandatory and the store has social distancing stickers on the floor, the staff, themselves stand close to you, will have their mask below their nose (or no mask) and do not enforce safe distancing between customers especially at checkout. We have to ask other customers ourselves to move away when this is the job of the staff as it puts the customer in an uncomfortable situation.- No crowd control.

Very bad experience with qurbani this year. It was my first and will b last experience with Carrefour. I would suggest not to opt for qurbani in Carrefour. The meat was not of good quality... Immediately gone stale after few days. Moreover even quantity of siri paye was less. When I went to lodge complaint the managers behavior was very rude and he wasnt even listening. They are actually robbing people in the name of practicing standard hygienic protocols.

Cheating rates. Beaware of your needs dont waste on delight. Dont get loot.

All grocery items under one roof at reasonable prices; however meat section this time had B class meat.I tried to make a complaint but so far what they done is making a phone call to me but no updates what corrective measures have been taken so far...Pictures of that meat have been uploaded by me for anyone to have a view by themselves...I later got to know that they have a policy which doesnt allow anyone to take photographs / make videos... What a poor policy in terms of Customer Feedback!
