Have been staying here from a long time. Now i stayed here after the lockdown and the things were a little messy. There was no cleaning and their kitchen was not open. Today it was raining and the ceiling leaked. The water was dripping on our faces. We complained about it and i wish that it gets better the next time i visit here.

Small cozy place. Centaurs mall, metro bus line, blue area, Faisal Mosque are silk at walking distance from this first house. Basically you will be staying at a prime location near to everything. Food is ok as youd expect food in Islamabad. Overall, good place for a few days stay.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, breakfast was very good, rooms are spacious and good with all necessities. Great location. Unfortunately they gave me a room in which AC wasnt working. It was hot and I slept with fan on full speed. And paid full amount for that night. Regardless of Reasonable and affordable guest house, I paid for comfort which I didnt receive. Still Ill give 3 stars for good staff.

I had a great experience at Comfort residency. We came from U.S for my brothers wedding and Comfort Residency was an ideal place to live and arrange for all our guests.The hospitality was outstanding and all the workers were polite and nice to us.I highly recommend to everyone especially to all overseas who are looking for a nice vacation place. This place is surrounded by great restaurants and malls only few mins from the location.

The wall leaks when it rains and the ac doesn’t work properly.

Very clean and well decored Guest house. I would say its among the best in Islamabad. Previously i used to stay in Continental House, but when i stay in this fine, i find it much better than the last one. Staff needs a little training, however overall worthy experience and a comfort place to stay inn.

Budget accommodation, but a lot to improve upon. Food quality is average. Location is very good, near Jinnah Super so you buy anything you need.

The first impression of the rest house was not good, when I enter in the building onion smell everywhere. The rooms and washroom are average condition, the color of walls was badly damage due to seepage, which cause bad smell in the room. Jinnah Supper Market is on walking distance. Room service and accommodation charges are average.

Comfortable rooms if you are on Mai. Floor or 1st floor.breakfast is ok. Staff is courteous. Location is great. Its a budget motel so dont expect luxury.

A very nice and clean place, the service was excellent. Breakfast ended at 11, but they delayed the breakfast buffet for us. We were going to stay at Serena, but we arrived at Islamabad late and this seemed like a smarter option at that time. The location is really convenient if you are planning to see the Mosque and definitely if you plan to eat at Monal, no one wants to drive down a mountain and then have to drive to the other side of the city.

Good and comfortable place to live in Islamabad if you are a tourist or traveler

They have another guest house across the road, which we stayed in. Rented out the entire guest house for 6 nights for a wedding. It is very clean! No bugs or insects in any of the rooms. The rooms are comparable to top hotel rooms if not better. Their in house menu has both Western and Pakistani food and everything we ordered tasted delicious and was there in a timely manner. The staff are extremely courteous and accommodated every single one of our demands. They have a fully functional generator which meant even during blackout periods, we had electricity, including AC, in our rooms. Breakfast was served everyday from 730 to 1130. They were nice enough to change the hours for us as no one would wake up that early! They had no issues extending their timings for us or making more food. Each room has a TV with Pakistani and English channels.The location is right next to a few markets (2 are walking distance) and there is also a Hardees down the street.Overall an absolutely wonderful experience. I think we got very lucky by choosing this place and it will be the same place we stay at if we go back to Islamabad. Thank you very much to all the staff there - all our guests said they had a wonderful time at your guest house. Thanks so much!!

Pathetic place to spend a night. Its haunted thats what I have heard but few colleagues have shared their experiences. Wash rooms are inn bad shape. The on Kelly thing that keeps us to stay or prefer is the location

I made a booking 1 month back through agoda but when I went there, they had no clue about my booking and also the room type I chose was not available in the hotel. Very disappointing

Some staff are very cooperative but overall attention to details is lacking in terms of hygiene. I found a small cockroaches in the room and in the dinning area, there was water dropping from under the wash basin, the door lock wasnt OK and the ac was working below par . Worse was the complacent attitude of the duty reception staff on our complaints about insects and door lock.finally after informing the GM, our room was.changd. In the new changed room there were much fewer cockroaches. However hygiene n General Cleanliness is a big issue here. And the GM who I dared bother with a few calls ND sms, only responded with one sms and although she was in the hotel later, she did not bother to meet me. By pointing genuine matters to the hotel, we the guests are helping the hotel, n most otherwise. So pls take good care of yr guests before there are kobe.
