Went in an emergency for a night, had no other choice, but the experience was bad. Hygiene was at its lowest. Washrooms were leaky and dirty. 1 small blanket per bed and it was 10 degrees outside. Breakfast was pathetic. All in all a really horrible night.

This is a nice place for living. Its location is amazing and very close to centauras mall. Islamabad Main localities are easily accessible. Blue Area is less than one kilometers away whereas hill view park adds a value to its beauty. Residents can have few steps away a beautifully designed jogging track apart from very accessible to Jinnah Super F-7 Market.

Cozy and comfortable. Location is great. Walking distance from centaurus mall. Blue area F6and f7 are all a few min drive away. Neighborhood is also lovely and safe. Rooms definitely need an upgrade. Could do with renovation. Would stay here again for thr location.

Experience is not consistent. If you are stuck with a bad room with improper heating system and no hot water in toilets, than your visit is ruined. Not a great value for money. They overcharge for breakfast so please ask them the terms in advance. Location is good and central but overall experience is average. They don’t have trained staff to address customer complaints.

I stayed here to attend marriage ceremony of my father relatives. I liked it a lot.I had only experience of breakfast which I had at the guest house. It was excellent. But the charges were not reasonable a little bit higher but compared to the luxuries and facilities was worth. They also served juice and other things. Average clean place 8+ for deluxe room breakfast cost 200+ and extra mattress 1k per night.

Stay there on 12 July 2019 rooms are good but bathroom needs improvement as they are very old and need renovation room service is good but breakfast is average also they lost my booking for 27 July when I reach there they said you should have confirmed booking before coming kept on blaming us that you didnt call us where as I booked the room before leaving on 12 july there customer service needs improvement speciallythe lady at the reception

Best place to stay for family, friends or couples. But it is a little bit costly. They have miscellaneous charges which is I think not good. Other than that there rooms are spacious and so clean.

Located at a very suitable place on the Islamabad Expressway/Faisal Avenue. The Faisal Mosque is just one and a half kilometers away from the Royal Chateau. The ambience inside is guest friendly. The staff is cordial and professional. The rooms are clean and full of amenities which one might need. Jinnah Super Market is just three minutes of drive away and so is the Blue Area. Centaurus Mall is at a walking distance. The environment is clean with trees aligned alongside the road where it is located. The Chateau faces a park alongside the Expressway.

Since I was first referred here by a friend 7 years ago, I hv always preferred to stay here. Rooms are old but I like their ambience. Staff is always helpful. But Its time fr the owners to start upgrading the important aspects in the rooms, if not the whole room. Replacing carpets should be one of them.

Its aweful except for the location, food, room Service they hardly bother for anything. Front desk female attendent is very impolite they are given the task to rip-off every customer. Look somewhere else my 2 nights stay was a terrible experience. I wonder why there is no check on these guest houses by any competent authority.

Its a guest house which isnt cheap. Room service is mediocre, more than half of the things especially the western things are not available on the menu, the breakfast sucks, 3 things, french toast, Aloo bhaji, and parathas. while we were there the light went out twice a day. which wasnt pleasant. We requested the large van for the shuttle to airport, and confirmed twice, but it was a no show in the morning, we ended up going with Careem. wish people were professional, but no.*******If you r reading my review, give me thumbs up, whether you like the review or not I am sure you found it helpful! A very nice and clean place. Some might find rooms with a smell of Tobacco. But otherwise all rooms are very clean, like new and stylish. Bathrooms are old but very clean and functional. Very nice location, very clean environment.

A good economical and comfortable motel for temporaray accomodation.

Location is great. On main jinnah avenue, adjacent to Centaurus mall. Better for people who are coming to Islamabad for the meeting with oil & gas people. It is near to all oil & gas offices.

Food is exceptionally bad. Staff is rude. Ms. Shaheen at the front desk is the only person who listens and understands. Rooms are ok if you can live with strong tobacco odor.
