One of the worst hostel in the Town............. If there is less than One star in rating, I would definitely give it that. Let me share you some details.1. Customer Services:As part of CS, hostel management doesnt know the ABC of the customer services, they treat you a bit well ONLY at the time of getting admission into the hostel, later they would never care whats happening to you.Management:Top Management never visits the hostel, OR you can say once in 2 month, he doesnt care whats happening in the hostel. He just needs money in his account at the end of each month. Caretaker visits hostel almost once a week. but he is like a Pind da Chowdhary OR Nawab of Lakhnow. He just Orders the workers do this and dont do this. Co-caretaker is bit sensible, a bit. Low staff doesnt care about your respect and how to speak to you. They behave that you are the servant of them.Cleanliness:Ohhhhh ...... Cleaning is WORST in this hostel. Kitchen, Rooms, Corridors, Broken food table, refrigerator, washrooms ...... No words to explain their garbage. As a proof, see the attached photo.Security:If you lost anything in your absence, you would be responsible for that, If you ask anyone related to hostel management, they would say ask another person, if you ask another he would say ask another person. No one takes responsibility. So please dont compromise on security, and if you complaint to management, rather than solving your problem, an action would be taken against you as a revenge.Food:Food is below than average. Half Chef will make food for you as per his choice, then its up to you whether to eat OR not. It could also happen several times that No food left for you, in this case just seal your lips and buy from outside. If you complain that why NO food for me, Chef would start shouting on you that I am not your servant to make food again and again. He has only 2 works. Make food and Long discussions over the phone, thats it.Living Cost:Much higher .... No improvement has been seen in last more than one year. They improve in only one thing, Increase in Rent. As per their Food, Security, behavior, Cleanliness and Customer service, this hostel doesnt cost more than Rs. 6000 a month including all facilities.So Friends, Dont lose yours and your parents money and looks for alternate.

Food is ample for the appetite at any time of the hour. Internet connection suffice the usage requirements.But water supply may fall short at the night, leaving you stranded, and necessity may lead you to find a nearby mosque or something unless its 9am in the day and the caretaker resumes.

Not that much good... they must improve if they wana compete ...
