Firstly, they’re taking extra money for the appointments. Their staff doesn’t even know how to talk properly totally lack of respect. They told me that I have TB and I need to get medicines and a checkup ASAP, the very next day I went to a TB hospital where the doctor asked me to give few TB tests and after a week he called me and gave my report where it was confirmed that I do not have TB. (Federal Government TB Hospital Rawalpindi) which is a TB hospital reports says I’m normal I don’t have TB. Now I’m confused whether I should believe on IOM’s report or a Federal Government TB Hospital’s one. I’m disappointed with the IOM staff and their behavior. I think British embassy should look over this matter AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

They call you at 8AM and the employees don’t come until 8:15AM, and they take 15 minutes to get settled in before they start calling you.Then they tell you to pick the report up at 12PM and don’t give the report until its 12:15 PM

I need an appointment. No one is replying to my email, no one is picking up the phone. Ive also contacted with the relevant hospital Al-Maroof international theyre not able to help me get an appointment.

What is the point of an appointment if you still have to wait 2 hours before getting your turn, the person gathering informatiom for canada is so inept that it takes her 15 min, just to type in basic stuff.If there was an option for 0 stars i would give it to them

Waste of time. Unprofessional :( I have try to call them on their Official number but no answer. Then i try to email them but no response. Then i visited their office. They again told me to email them then i will get response from them. After 4 days i got email. Totally Unprofessional People. They dont care about reviews or any complaint. They should care about the people. Zero Star review

Horribly slow and mismanaged operation. I had an appointment at 9am and got there at 8:55am. As I saw people with appointments at 10 and even 11am allowed in, I got to know that the receptionist was accepting people based on how early they came in and not based on when their appointment is.EDIT: Took them FIVE HOURS to do a chest X-Ray and take my blood sample.

I have been trying to get appointment from past 2 weeks for TB test which is required for TIER 4 uk student visa, no one is responding via email nor with call. i came from abbottabad to their office in islamabad to get an appointment , the receptionist was so rude and didnt bother even to listen me..As student am running out of time to apply for my UK visa really helpless.Shame on you IOM..

Big layer people. It almost one month i did not the cic Canada did not receive my MD report. I went twice i had have told they send it. And refused to gave me the conformation. I advice you to get ur M.D. somewhere else

Tooo much bad place. There is no privacy. Lack of male staff. Use of inappropriate language. Lazy staff members. No changing rooms. I think if we find this type of staff at this place then it is really shameful. Its a request please hire well managed hard working sincere staff.Thnx

Worst experience.. Pathetic staff who don’t know what they are doing. A medical exam which is supposed to take 2 hours takes more than four hours. No sufficient staff
