Quite affordable guesthouse with very friendly staff.

Great service at relatively economic rates. Its very near to markaz with many food outlets. Charges per room r around Rs5000 or more. Food is very delicious, loved their breakfast. Its easier to reach.They dont have wheelchair access so ppl with disabilities will have hard time managing about 10 stairs at the start

Stay here on 11 July 2019 with wife rooms need alot of renovation as there was seepage on the walls, the bathroom were bad condition service was good but rooms need lot of improvement.

The management was great and so was the food.

Clean enough. The staff are pleasant and helpful but their understanding of English is basic. We paid 6000 rupees £36 per night so not bad.

Fall from grace.... While visiting my favourite city this was always my favourite place to stay. But gradually each time I stayed the service and quality deteriorated to the point that I had to cut my stay short last time due to concern of my childrens health. Im sure if I was a somebody or a friend of a somebody I would have received better treatment. You alienated your biggest fan and someone who doesnt need any favours just a good room and willing to pay full price...

The interior is designed to give a look of a five star hotel. The food has a variety of options. The cooks are amazing. It is situated next to f8 markaz which makes access to the market very easy. They also have a driveway for parking the cars.

I am termedously satisfied with the service provided by this Guest House. It is perfect and feasible residential place for both locals and International tourists located right in the elite area of Islamabad near Margalla Hills.100% recommended.

A good place to stay, in center of city though beds need some improvements which is in progress. Rooms are much bigger than others with large windows, bathrooms are well maintained and recently renovated. A good place to stay with family.

Rooms are well maintained and spacious. But rest rooms have plumbing issues. The staff is a mix of friendly and lazy. They dont have a real menu. Best you can expect at breakfast are eggs (any style), toast with jam and butter, tea and a poor excuse for coffee.

Such an example for the great service and five star guest house stuff are so respectful and helping great food serving (fresh)... Clean rooms and nothing but cleaned... I hope i visit that place again.

It surely was a great experience ! Noman, the manager was quite accomadating, and extremely trust worthy! The staff are extremely helpful.Newly renovated rooms were 5 star rated, and the location is easily accessible to all sorts of markets and eateries.Would highly recommend everyone to choose Riviera for sure, without any doubt.

The location is convenient as it is just in front of F 10 Markaz. The rooms are good. but the services is not. They do not have their own kitchen or laundry, that makes things difficult.
