No time comtment. Waited for an hour

This is one of the most pathetic labs ever visited and present in the capital city Islambad. This is to add that Emirates is ripping its travellers through this lab for testing for covid 19. There is no mechanism or separate desk for Emirates travellers. Nonetheless the staff is not taking any protective measures against the covid. Emirates must take immediate action for its customers to save them form the poor quality services of this lab.

Poor service bad experience not care make money only staff dont care about most people are going out side cite taste take long time 48 hours

Poor service and disgusting and unhygienic environment. Not following social distancing. Uneducated staff. Dont trust their results.

Stuff was not present in lab on their official timing. Sent me to another branch for taking samples.

Very poor service the staff was also very rude they war smoking when I was waiting for them.
