If you are presenting yourself as an authentic British style fish n chips outlet, first lesson is an authentic fish n chips establishment would never commit the following offences.1. Using frozen fishIf using fresh cod is not viable, than whyoffer a substandard alternative when youcan simply use salt dry cod which tastesnearly as good as fresh?2. French fries are not chips.3. Tartar sauce is not mayonnaise with tinydiced cucumber mixed in.Mr Cod is as authentic as a Pakistani offering Frozen cod, fries and cucumber mayonnaise as Best of British Fish n Chips
