Please , why dont you give your delivery person the phone no of customer. They ring the familiar no in street and disturb the people. I am getting daily wrong ring and your sale persons so rude that they even apologies for disturbing us.I know you are not going to do anything. But I felt before putting it on Twitter I should contact you. You even do not have complain no.

Very disappointing & pathetic services. More then 3 4 times this has repeatedly happened with me that I order food. They show time 20 30 minutes and after even 1 hour the time keep showing same and food doesnt get deliver. If call the restaurant, they mention that food is ready and they are waiting for the rider. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL.Moreover there is no way we can contact them directly on customer service. No chat to customer service is available and they wont attend the number provided on Google. The services have become rubbish and ordering from food panda has actually become a patience test

Very unprofessional. No order ever reaches in time. There is no way to contact them. They don’t reply to emails. They don’t communicate with the restaurants. Help centre is completely useless as it doesn’t even solve a single issue. Very very disappointing.

This is probably the worst company in Pakistan. Wonder how it is not bankrupt yet.

So pathetic service. So many glitches in app. Customer service is so poor. Food order placement system is so slow. On app it said 40 mints and received my order after 90 mints and not a single response from the customer service. It was so frustrating. Its their habit. Every time food is late. Mailed twice about this issue got nothing but a survey reply. Filled that too still no reply. There should be a negative star option.

Utterly rude and speechlessly unprofessional. The 2 men I spoke to were aggressive, with no customer service skills, absolutely shoddy with how to answer a phone call. The first one cleared line. 2nd one said he will not help as the resturant has sent wrong order and not him personally. Tragic to see a terrible state of affairs @foodpanda. I will be publishing a press release in order to warn other expats in Islamabad.

Ridiculous service their chat is not responsible for any order service they give you. A person calls from the company and dis owns the statement given on the chat very strange for the customers to understand these scammers. After waiting 2 hours for food delivery boy calls and tell me that he will not deliver the food :) joke of the year. This is thug app guys everyone is boss over here and they give their order to customers they dont take orders.i will try my best to tell everyone not take food from these jokers
