Price was expansive yet the plates were not cleaned well and one of them was actually chipped/broken. Male workers were on the ladies side when the function started even though we told them there should only be female employees. In the small office where the bride was sat for a while had a few insects crawling in it. The A/C turned off and on on its own and was really loud and an eyesore because of its largeness. The carpet was not cleaned at all, there was rubbish littered before the guests had even arrived.However the waitress were nice and did what you tell them to. And the food was also very good as well as the decoration. They had Valet parking which was nice.

The marquee is really nice and well decorated with a great parking space. The quality of food is Ok. Neither too good, nor too bad.

It was good to be there, their hospitality mgt team is very active and cooperative and they have a huge parking area.

There management behaviour is very bad ,plates were not clean they made less food , we order the food of 200 people but they gave the food of only 150 people and started blame game on each other and they did not even adjust the bill my advice do not book this marquee

We started The Taj Events & Marquee because change was long overdue in the event venue industry, and we wanted to be its torch-bearers rather than mere spectators. We wanted to break the moulds and standards of the past that asked our customers either to settle and to compromise on one hand, or to over charge them with some gimmicky marketing tricks and no real value.

Nice to visit this Marquee, located at very calm and quiet corner of Islamabad E-11.Hall is quite impressive, and wide.I dont know why every business in Pakistan do not care about parking place, here it is also at open ground in front of hall. At least they should level it and make it dust free.

They really have to work on the cleanliness of the hall. The sofa sets are dirty and so are the curtains. The Manager was saying that they clean it once a quarter or season, something like that, but it should be done more often. We had to push them hard to arrange a replacement sofa set but still it was very bad and thus had to improvise with a golden cloth to hide all the dirty marks and damaged areas.However, the food was great.

Very Good place. Went there on friends valima ceremony. The temperature inside was maintained very well in this cold weather. Also the food was very good.

Location and seating space plus parking is good enough for around 300 people attending the function.Food quality is below par.Punctuality is observed so thats a plus but the food quality dominates the rating for me.Best part we had was the Russian salad but that too can be found tastier very easily.

There is still room to improve the standard, the SEEKH KABAB are usually not cooked properly, and the too become cool by the time we eat.

I had a chance to attend a Walima ceremony of one of our relative in Taj Event & Marquee located adjacent to a number of other Marquees in sector E-11. I have no hesitation to say that the decoration, food and presentation is upto the mark, the servers and the management is active and overall ambience was just perfect.

I had my Baraat and Walima here. The decor was fine and food quality at the time of the function was fine too. They told us that they will pack the remaining food for take away, however this was not the case. The take away food was nothing short of an embarrassment and when we complained the management about it, they were not even ashamed of themselves. They do not pack main items like mutton, fish, desserts for take away. And the bbq items that we got were just the necks and wings, and they wont bother to inform you about the leftover food.Giving 3 stars because thanks to the ALMIGHTY, they didnt screw my function at the runtime.

Taj Marquee located at E 11 where a lot of murquees and marriage halls are operating in a row. Its a good place to celebrate marriage ceremony, mehndi, Nikah, Birthday or an invitation to frirmds etc.It has good parking and situated opposite F 10 and Golra sharif.

They provide excellent food,customer service, and good management of occasion. I recommend that place and appreciate its management for good job they did over the years.

Attended a friends walima there. Nothing was Special really other than food. Place was too dark, the theme they seem to be going for was half hearted n the place was like a furnace. Theres no air-conditioning, they only have those old school chillers n even those arent all working. All n all, its an alright place to have an evening/night function when its relatively cooler n dark themes are appropriate. Wouldnt recommend day weddings

I liked the valet service that they provided... But the valet staff was actually asking everyone for money and even though ppl normally tip valets, their asking felt like begging. The marquee was ok, but the heating arrangement left a lot to be desired. They needed more heaters to counter the cold. On the whole the look of the marquee was ok. A bit tacky but not too bad. The food was good. Almost everything that i tasted was nice. Although i wouldnt mind attending a wedding there personally i wouldnt book it for a family event.

It was a good place for booking different events but the major thing is that the road in front of it is very rushy and the area aound it is densely populated so ypu will hear alot of noise and smell so much smoke.

I had a good experience there as the Marquee was well estaished and was beautifully decorated. Moreover, the service was great.

An ordinary hall with no proper parking. Parking in the rain is worth watching, full of mud and water.
