This travel agency is nothing short of a catastrophic disaster. My wife and I paid premium amount for the Hajj package with the intention and understanding that top quality service would be provided. We are very unhappy with them because there were several hiccups and poor management across the board. I have no qualms in stating that they do not deliver what they promise and in my opinion, are deceiving the customers. This gets to be a very tricky and dicey situation because while you are performing Hajj demanding your moneys worth can be embarrassing. They are disorganized, dishonest, unrepentant and have no sense of remorse for the inconvenience they cause their customers.
