I have been visiting Tesla Industries, a couple of times for repairs of my solar UPS, they are excellent in their work, while if you call any one from market they charge you three times more.They are very reasonable, they are quick and they are accurate in their work, I am very satisfied.

I purchased ups 5kva infinity. Within 3 months it became dead. Now I sent twice to workshop as its under warranty but no response by non cooperative staff. Not attending phone not replying whats app. Plz dont purchase Tesla ups.

I have 5kw solar system installed at my home. My invertor got damaged on 09 error (Bus soft start failed) instead of taking it to some shop I took to tesla for repair. They took 1 week to repair. I installed it and switched on my invertor. It only worked for 1 day and got damaged with a small blast on same error 09.I took it again to company and got it repaired 2nd time and installed stabilizer before giving direct AC supply to invertor. This time again it only lasted for 1 day and got damaged with same error 3rd time.This is the kind of repair service they provide after repairing and when I complain to concern person they dont own it.I have a separate 25kva transformer for my house but after 3 incidents I dont trust their repair team and repair capabilities.Very very disappointed with such kind of approach from a company.

Pathetic company. No sense how to talk with others. CEO is most pathetic man. His rude behavior shows how much he is educated.

Most pathetic. They sell used batteries most expensive in solar system are the batteries. Once u call them up they give u approx few days time. Once u call for da reminder, the person u spoke with he has already left da job. U start again and again. After several reminders got one battery changed which was used and worst than previous one. They have this reputation to sell expired batteries which r only good for 6 months.
