Management is rude .Doctors have no empathy .They dont care about patients the only thing this hospital cares about is money. They will make you go through unnecessary consultations and procedure and still dont diagnose properly and didnt give effective treatment. They are purely doing business. This is one of the worse hospital in Islamabad . Their gynaecologist zakia ashir is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Plz dont go to this doctor you will have a bad experience.Most of doctors dont diagnose or they intentionally dont suggest proper treatment so patients keep returning to them and paying money.Their renovations with their loud drilling disturbing patients and management take no actions even after continuous complains .Worse worse and worse .pathetic hospital and doctors.

I work there as a gynacologist...i hv my morning OPD...al hum du lillah the services i provide to clients( i never call them patients) wth full support of my hospital admin and HR -al hum du lillah none of the clients hv complained ever...post surgical infection rate is ma sha Allah zero..Tht even tertiary care pvt hospitals like Shifa International duznt hv...v hv multi disciplinary approach to ever client who needs it...i ll say tht my work experience there along wth client care for wch v leave no stone un turned is remarkable...though a small set up but an impressive approach to precious lives we all together take care of...

Unprofessional way of treatment e.g. I requested an x-ray of my child and after already paying Rs.1200/- as x-ray charges, I was not provided the x-ray report... and when I demand they asked to pay some more for a radiologist report!!!Plz avoid visiting here if you dont want surprises!!!

I have observed the services and doctors professionalism very deeply here and found it the Worst Ever. Dr. Majida (Gynecologist) was completely non-professional and always prefer to her rest. Just because of her ill mannered care, we lost our baby. This hospital should be named as Death Care Hospital.At the most crucial time, Dr. Majida make a prescription and said get treatment from Emergency Ward and patient has to be patient if shes feeling pain etc. (What a hilarious decision). We were having our first child and it was our first experience so we follow her instructions, but she preferred to get rest at home.There is no accountability mechanism in this hospital. It looks very charming from outside but not even having bandages, syringes. They will charge your a very healthy amount, but provide you zero facilities. Completely not recommended to others.

Wastage of money, hardly any staff in emergency, patients are coming and leaving after long waits, the staff doesnt even know whats happening. they dont even have any SOPs to check each bed after at least 15 min of intervals.better go to Shifa or Ali Medical if u want to get checked privately.

Life Care Hospital Is Expensive For You Ass Compaired To Their Services If You Have Not Persnal Relation With Any Of Their Docter. Similarly Ass Other Private Hospitals Of Islamabad .They Also Have Visiting Docters From Gourmental Hospitals Like Pims , And Poly Clinic .These Docters Daily Visit Three To Seven Private Hospitals Mostly They Drive Them selves So It Could Be Understood They Have To Face Hours Of Daily Travel Hazards. They Also Have To Pay Some Time To Their Gourmental Jobs And Also To Private Jobs. So Their Mental Health Is It Selfs A Question. They Must Have Anxiety Or Depression. So We Are True To Ask This Question If They Can Treat The Patience Are They Need Themselves Psychological Treatment. Thats Why Even Having A handsome Payments From Patiences These Hospitals Are Unable To Pay Ful Attention And Treat Patience Properly.They Also Have Other Staff But Mostly That Staf Is On House Job Or Untrained.
