The worst shopping platform worldwide their customer service lie repeatedly and products are soo cheap and they are charging full prices plus delivery charges. I hope Pakistan government takes action against these guys otherwise this country will never be able to succeed. This coming from overseas pakistani. Also they did not honor hbl Wednesday deal and discount was offered after placing order. Extremely poor and fraudulent.

I am continuously being mentally depressed from last one month because of daraz bad services and issue .... got almost 50000 lost because of daraz bad support . Actually its not a support its a way of robbery to general peoples on both side. Means Daraz vendor and also daraz buyers both being robbed by daraz.My issue as a vendor is Orders coming in holiday mode and suffering my store rating and they even delist my account although Either its daraz app issue or its your support issue why someone else suffer because of you app and support....

1 year ago i ordered a black swimming googles which were rs 350 when it came i recieved pink glasses first i thought its ok but when i used it first time it got broken i was very angry but i didnt said anythingMy friend told me that it is very good shopping place and sometime some products are not good but you can get good watches there i then ordered m3 band watch when i used it it was good but next day it was not working then my friend said you have ordered a cheap watch expensive watches are better then i ordered a watch worth 2230 but after 3 to 4 using it it again stopped working now i am fed up plz dont order from here even you are ordering something expensive plz dont order from here from my experiences you can order from utopia it gives very good product you will regret like me if you also order from here and i am swearing

I ordered so many time items from daraz almost i spend 20 thousand rupes.All the product i received are fake or copy and damaged.Most of my ordered i returned but due to returning policy it took almost 6month in recovery of money.After Every 15 days i make them call to remind about my return.So no customers satisfaction no quality assurance.
