Prof. Dr. Ikram Ullah Khan is called the best skin specialist for a reason. I went to him to get my acne scars treated. I am really happy with my results as they were a menace for me. May Allah bless him.

There is no appointment system. You go in and just get a token and wait for your turn. The clinic opens at 11 AM (we were told so by the receptionist on the phone). So, we got there by 11:09 AM and picked up our token. Our number was 12. We waited for 30 minutes and within those 30 mins, a person came well after us, got his token after us but talked to the receptionist and went down to the see the doctor within 5 minutes. We waited till 1:45 PM and saw many people come after us and get checked. When we checked with the receptionist, she said that it was token 8s turn.In the next five minutes, the receptionist turned to a girl with token 15 and told her to go down. It was at that point that we asked her how token 15 came before token 12 and then she told us to head downstairs too.Upon reaching downstairs, there were around 30 people waiting. Some wearing masks, some were not.Doctor Ikrams assistant was inside sipping tea. When we went upstairs and told the receptionist she said, You can either come back next week or go see another doctorThat says something about the attitude of the management of that place.

The turn came at its time. I found d Dr Ikram Ullah Khan to be thorough professional and in my opinion he is more like a national asset; some body who with his professionalism is promoting the image of Pakistan. The clinic staff is very well disciplined and token system is correct; however, patients needs to be disciplined. Great experience.

Here we go:The wait is haunting, there is absolutely no respect for the patient’s time, no matter how simple your issue is you’d keep waiting like a knoob. The token system is a JOKE. I got token No.25 at 3:30 pm, and then comes someone with token 24 and clearly gets it at 6 pm.How even? They are probably playing some strategy here.Absolutely not recommended

Cons: took me 5 hours just to get to him for my monthly update on my skin which took like 2 mins. Their management is that bad and unprofessional; regardless of phone calls we made to his PA regarding best time to show up for checkup. All due to high priority laser treatments and its takes 20-30 mins per one patient on average. So if you have all the time in the world go for it.Now coming to Dr, he might be the best Dr. but he prescribed me isotretinoin without telling me the consequences of the usage which could have caused serious trouble for me. Further to my problem isotretinoin is used as last resort for acne and I had a mild one so instead of going from mild to high he went directly to last treatments (he might know this better than me but he gave me mild one afterwards after telling him the consequences I faced). In my follow up check ups he was kind of biased towards me going for laser treatments which I was trying to avoid but he was like there is no other way further on medicines.Pros: Check-up fee is average, nice and ambient environment. He is generally nice and his PA will be showing off about their US imported machines.

Definitely poor management, i call them in landline and receptionist havent gave proper information, even not know about clinic timings, pathetic way to talk on call with no information. Had visited them once a while and doctor seems showcasing his machinery and lavish environment, he was looking busy on social media in his mobile phone during checkup, looking more attention-less, i am sure he didnt dig into deep what type of skin issue is facing my sister. He is well famous around the city which is sure thing he is good doctor but due to un-proper management and his careless behavior losing true reputation.

Worst ever place.Waistage of our precious time & resources.Doctor wont give you time more than 30 seconds, he is money making machine. He always asks for procedures which are much expensive. If somebody rejects his procedure advice then he writes those medicines which are more expensive and not available anywhere except F-10 pharmacies which is totally unethical because if someone came from lahore or other far away cities then what he can do.His male P.A who stays downstairs is a linguistic person and if someone knows his language then no problem.Anyway, its my opinion and I will never recommend anybody to go there.Rest of all upto you because you people knows better how to save your money as its very difficult to earn money during these days in pakistan. Actually we pakistani people are like sheep following the masses.

I came to have my ailing 80 year old grandmother who had recently developed a skin condition. We arrived at 4:30 and were given token number 20 on the waiting list. The counter read the number 15.People came and went at their convenience without a token for an hour but the counter remained at 15 until 5:50.Another hour went by and the assistants asked us to move downstairs to the other waiting room adjacent to the doctors room. This is where I saw people coming and going due to being on good terms with the staff whilst us and numbers 19 and 18 remained seated. After number 19 went inside, I went and stood outside the door so as to ensure that nobody else broke the queue. At 7:05, a full three hours after arriving, we were asked to be seated in the doctors room.Half an hour went by and the doctor was nowhere to be seen. I saw him go to the room across the hall checking another patient. I could hear the doctor and see him through the stained glass. I asked the attendant in our room wheb he would be seeing us and the attendant told us that Doctor Saab bathroom Gaye huaye Hain. You cant even argue with these pathalogical liars. I could literally hear he doctor having a laugh with the other patients in the other room as he said this.At 7:45, the doctor finally came into our room only to show off his laser machinery to other clients. He did not acknowledge our existence for 5 minutes until they had left. Finally, at 7:50, the doctor sat down to check my grandmother, a full 3 hours and 20 minutes after we had arrived. He asked my grandmothers name, she told him, he was busy texting on WhatsApp so he missed it. He asked he again, she told him, he was busy plugging his iPhone on charge to he missed. Finally, after three attempts, the doctor conjured up the attention to listen to her say her name. This was followed by him looking at her leg for three seconds, writing down on the prescription, telling her not to worry and sent us off. The entire diagnosis and prescription writing took less than 3 minutes.I dont know whether he is a good doctor or not because I just had this experience and my grandmother is yet to start her medications. However, judging by the negative reviews here, I am sure that hes not.Only reason I came here was because my grandmother insisted on seeing him as she had previously seen him back in 2003 and said that she felt a lot better. Im not sure what drugs this doctor has been taking between 2003 and now but he seemed more obsessed with hanging ornaments and showing off his laser machinery than he was with actually treating patients .
