These guys are very professional and will fix the car quickly. The engineers are well trained. The staff is also very well trained and professional. The waiting room is decent and welcoming.You car is in safe hands if you visit these guys. They are throat cutters and poachers , just 1 week after general checkup and tuning , I had parked my car with hand break and its hand break got stuck and my car was immobilized , although I specifically told them to check all the breaks in front of me.They only waste your money and time. A local mechanic is better than them.Highly Not Recommended

Cheap service. Staff is not technical. They doesnt know which oil is recommended for your car. They use 20W 50 which is recommended for old cars but they use that in your in new car without your approval. They even dont know that 20w 50 is not safe use for 5000 Kilometers for a new car. Their charges are higher than the local market. They are only providing waiting room and a cup of tea and getting extra from the market.

Not recommend. As low quality vehicle service. Charge the general checkup price but actually not conduct the general checkup of the vehicle. Just oil and Filter change. It is better to use the third party maintenance with low cost and better service.

Its ok. Customers are not allowed to inspect interior of new cars. They say restrictions are due to COVID19 SOPs, but interestingly all other Toyota show rooms are allowing it.

Authorise Toyota Dealership. Derth of such workshops in Islamabad and in General in Pakistan leads to Monopoly

Good staff but advisors are a bit unaware technically and easily want to miss a customer. I had to persuade them to work on my cars engine considering its 1984 Corolla with a newer engine. It worked out ok once they did.

Best services when it comes to Toyota Authorized Service Centres, with excellent customer services and quality repair and maintenance guaranteed. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and supports you all the way from opening a job card till the last gate pass. A cosy customer lounge with TV, Xbox etc for entertainment so that you dont get strangled in the thoughts of passing every second thinking about getting your job asap.

Very unprofessional and pathetic behavior i have to face. They booked my appointment on call after i request for it. They took all the details of my car and asked me to visit on Saturday for car check-up. When i reached on Saturday they told me that we do not have the software of you car. if you dont have the software of my car why you booked my appointment and call me in this scorching heat????? They dont know about their backup and capacity and their representative keeps on calling people for appointment. Very poor.

I visited three times in connection with my Premio service,to be honest i am not happy with the service and attitude of staff particular the owner Mr Amer sb who is extremely rude person his father was a great person when they were only owner of a garage in Islamabad. I now prefer Toyota Abbott for my car services as in my personal opinion they are truly professional and helpful staff plus positive attitude.

Great place to visit if you plan to buy new car in Islamabad Pakistan. Little crowdy but they will entertain your qeury for sure, educated a d well behaved staff.

Toyota Islamabad is located in Abpara area, their staff is friendly compared to other 3 dealerships in twin cities. But mechanics are not professional , i asked for 10w30 and he was putting 20w50 so they need professional team rather than internees to spoil cars. Denting painting job is also not upto the mark.

I am perhaps the oldest client of Safdar Awan when he ran Pioneer Garage at the same location where majistc Toyota complex came into being. It has rapidly expanded because of Awans dynamic and business friendly outlook.I was well looked after as always.

Good for routine maintenance. Staff is helpful and technical staff is also experienced. Sometimes there is a long wait but all in all, its a good option for Toyota owners.

They are open till 8pm for car service which is a huge relief for people busy in the morning. 10% discount on all days except Sunday when you get 15% discount. A good waiting area is perfect to read a book or watch telly while you wait.
