My family and I usually visit this establishment. I have two separate experiences I would like to share first I went to the morning shift doctor with my father as he wasnt feeling well. The doctor prescribed a battery of blood tests as they where precautionary and generally useful in any case due to my fathers age. Though excessive we decided to get them done when I approached the assistant/receptionist to pay he provided me with a chit of paper which had no resemblances of an actual receipt moreover on examining the receipt the assistant had charged me for tests that hadnt even been ordered for which he apologized after 3 days I got the results which in any other place takes 1 day maximum , in hindsight I know I should go to better hospitals but my father seemed more comfortable going here. Today my father felt unwell and without telling anyone he went again to the same place, the night shift doctor of considerable age and experience took his blood pressure it came out high my father asked what the doctors opinion is to which he raised his hand and said pay me first and I will tell you. Know its not about paying him that made me mad when I heard this its about the general bedside manner this aged doctor had. My father had no issue paying for his service. He was not asking for medicines or examination he just asked if it was serious enough to warrant a visit to the hospital. IF he had answered and provided such miniscule information and then asked for fees it would have made sense but withholding information and having such an attitude where money is all he cared about instead of the patient sickened me. I had an extremly unpleasant experience with these people who I have gone to since I was a child, they call themselves a family clinic but they are dinosaurs cashing in on the cash cow that is the medical institution of Pakistan.
I had a good experience , Dr Nazir was very attentive and carried out a detailed assessment before starting treatment
