I visited several times and find best service .very organised and professional staff.

They provide services to embassies. European embassies use this service. People submit their documents through this service and they also deliver receive their documents and Visa from this service. This place is usually crowded. They collect your mobile phones at the reception. You get token and visit the counter on your turn. There is also a photo state machine, in case you forgot to photo copy any documents.

Delivery was not made at door step and I had to go myself to pickup as according to them their courier went for delivery but no one was at home which is a total lie.

The location is a bit hard to find since it is at the back side of the service road. It is located directly st the rear of Green Pharmacy on the main road. The service is exceptional. The Fedex representative at the day I went. Mr. Hafeez was extremely helpful. He helped me deliver the package and cater for some logistics despite nearing closing hours. Guided me to minimize my expenses and make a quick delivery.

What is sad is the fact that these international companies put so much hard work to build a reputation only to end up in Pakistan for it to be shred to pieces.I have a prepaid label with my address in Pakistan to be delivered in the US. This means that fedex has been paid for the services. However upon contacting the local main fedex office in Islamabad I am being told to write something on a stamp paper. On one hand the company in the US is trying to save me time but my beloved countrymen are hell bent on depriving me of any such luxury. Hopefully the main fedex can drive some sense into their counterparts in Pakistan.

I sent a gift worth $100 from US to my family in Rawalpindi. These guys charged my a tax of PKR12800 which is almost 90% of the total cost of the gift items . The package had some multivitamins and few clothing items. Unfortunate for them i have a merchant account with FedEx and know the people in FedEx office here in US. I have launched a complaint against them here and will never use again FedEx for any shipment to pakistan. These guys are a scam beware. They will get you on taxes and duties.

No good service. On very first reception guy who checks appointment and let people go is a blackmailer. He force the simple people to choose executive class service for submitting papers because in normal class there is huge of rush but when you enter even in normal class submission area there would be very hardly 5 person ahead of you and it doesnt take more than 10 minutes and your turn comes.

This is courier service for visa of many countries like italy, uk, canada, Thailand, Malaysia, Turkey and many other countries. They will collect all nesssary documents and will send to concern embassy. Its good that they check all your documents and then send to embassy. Positive point is that if something is not suitable or not ok, they will ask you to bring another. In this way less chances of rejection.
