A good facility well located and a cooperative staff.They know their job well and good in understanding the customer needs and then extend the required help accordingly.However due to Corona restrictions, the customers have to wait outside their office for their turn. They should provide sitting arrangement and fans in view of the bad Summer weather.

DHL. . . . . . . . . I dont think that this place needs some kind of Ratings. . . . . . . . . . These are the fastest delivery company worldwide with a huge network of Man power and Transport resources. . . . . . . . . . . In most of the countries worldwide they are serving us with a 72 hours delivery. . . . . . . . . . I Always prefer DHL over other services which also running with a huge network...Dont wanna name them..

Generally the service is very good, if you look at the broader picture the problem is not DHL when it comes to international shipments. The biggest impediment to smooth Service is the customs department. They have no idea about taxes and impose them with impunity. If you want to contest taxes on a particular shipment, they will give you all the time to do it and you may even be successful in your quest. At the end of today, it is not worth it because during this process the shipment stays at the customs warehouse with a huge bill they charge for storage. It is an exercise in futility and a way for our corrupt government to Extort more money from us. This is just a government bhatta that neither DHL or the customer can do anything about

Big name with no service follow up

Needed to send a shipment abroad . I am happy to say that they delivered it two days ahead than scheduled. The staff is very polite and helpful. The office is neat, not over crowded. They have a facility of payment by cash and credit card so thats a plus.

The receptionist needs to be called via a guard. He is never there to recwive you. You are tild the package will be delivwred to US in two days actually it takes almost a week. Charges are astronomical.
