M store is known and liked by people for a number of reasons. 1) It has a very friendly staff; theyre always helpful and warm with all of its customers. 2) Moreover, the it has a wide range of products that arent found in many other stores in Islamabad. 3) Although the prices are higher than most of the other products, they have good prices on imported ones.

My favourite thing about Mstore is their staff! They are always ready to help, the environment is friendly and has a very community like feeling.My favourite is their plastic/utility section, they stock good quality items and the knives are excellent!

It was quite an interesting experience and i found the store full of all the necessities and found the staff very humble, cooperative and the atmosphere was also worthy.

I always prefer this store over all other Grocery and Departmental store in Islamabad.You can find all necessary items under one roof. Specially Fresh and Imported items are easily available with reasonable price.

Extremely expensive. Usual items that are cheap everywhere are highly priced. Just compare the price of Nescafe 200gm Coffee bottle and youll know.

They have every possible thing of groceries also you can order online whenever you want which makes life way more easier, they even deliver after midnight and really appreciate their services

A compact grocery store with lots of other stuff. Not recommended for monthly shopping, but good for immediate requirements. The stacking of goods is not proper and haphazard. The prices are a bit on the higher side. Quality check is done by unqualified staff. As I mentioned good for emergent needs only.

From crockery, Dry Fruits, grocery, Under garments, Shampoos, Oil Bakery Items, Desi Eggs, vareity of spices, and much more. Separate racks for each items, Chocolates. A good and useful place. Rates are also reasonable. Overall good experience. My all time favourite store.

Ask them to prepare their parking first. U would not be able to park ur car in peace as someone would be coming and heading you Infront. At the same time, the attitude of ur handlers inside and the guard outside is simply pathetic. Not recommended for ur valued money as they would consider it giving it in free via their behaviour and pathetic which is surely not the case. I live very close by and almost get things from there every day. Recently I purchased cereal from their shop that was expired. Upon returning it they said it is a compulsion that you present the receipt. And refused to change. Its a shame thats how you treat you ur regular customers and keep expired products in the first place. Dünya he sab kuch nahi agay b jana hai.

A big store with a very weird small minded business style. They never have enough change. Overcharge without being ashamed even when caught. And the staff is not helpful or trained at all. I’d rather buy from the corner shop than this one
