Very good cash and carry. Reasonable prices on all items. A very wide variety of groceries. The vegetables and fruits shop outside it is not much affordable though..... The basement has a very good variety as well of crockery and cutlery

Hatim supermarket located in F-7 desperately needs to hire educated salesmen and staff at cash counter. They misbehave and refuse to refund often. Its a big no no.

Standard of food items going down. Biscuits are mostly damaged and crushed once opened. Needs immediate attention to quality check.

New addition, I hope this will serve and do good business as this scale of departmental store was missing in this vacanity.

The store is well stocked with generally very good service and is well organised and simple to use. So, great through your shopping experience. Then comes the check out! And it is by far, one of the worst organised check out experiences you could ever find. I do not understand the how a large super market still finds it in them to place check out counters so that they are not walk through! You bring your carts in and walk out in the same directions. Often having to tell customers to step out of your way. And at the time of Corona, often causing over crowding at the check out counter! It is just a complete lack of thought. Trying to use EVERY last inch for display can be a bad thing!

Great experience since the time it has launched,but now recently got a bit congested,workers are always busy putting items on the shelves so it gets very confusing and gets difficult to pick things up

If you want a taste of shopping in a non local way then Hatims is for you. Good selection of stock. Aisles wide enough for trolleys. Bright. Air conditioned. Prices clearly displayed. No fresh fruit and veg but there is a small stand outside which has local stuff. Parking much improved recently with their spaces in the front but can be an issue.

Very good super market. Good parking area. Very well maintained. Neat and clean environment inside. Grocery Veggies Fruits Meat everything is available at reasonable prices. Staff is well behaved and helpful.Right next to Shell petrol station in F-7 Markaz.

I purchased some food and when I opened they were Full of insects! Give me a break .. Those all black dots in this product shows the insects presence, Dead!Buyers careful out there. I don’t want if same thing happened with me happens with someone else. The car parking needs to be improved too

AVOID THIS PLACE! Generally rude and unfriendly/unhelpful staff. Almost no Covid-19 precautions despite being shutdown for several days for spreading Covid infection: no disinfectant available at entry, many junior staff dont wear face masks, no social distancing of employees or customers, using child labour for handling shopping carts to/from parking lot, etc.

Fancy clean Shopping mart/storeThey carry all most every.The attends are friendly and help .The cashier usually do make a mistake. Either due to been new or some other reason. 3 stars cause Im sure they could improve.

New supermarket opened close to Safa mall in F7 markez. Can find everything here if one is out for grocery that is. A lot of items that i couldnt find in alfatah were available here.. Discovered it accidently and loved it.

Not the biggest in İslamabad but the newest in F7 after Shaheen Market at safagold İt iş bigger than Shaheen/Safa Gold.
