I currently live in the U.S. and wanted to purchase a guitar as a gift for a friend who lived in Lahore so I searched for a company online that looked to have quality guitars and was trustworthy. I found this company on facebook and contacted them through whatsapp. I spoke with Happy and he was happy to help me. I have to admit at first I was hesitant about purchasing anything but he answered every single question or concern I had. He mentioned he didnt speak English well but honestly I thought we were able to communicate just fine and he understood everything I asked him. He sent me pictures of the guitars and explained every step of the purchase and delivery process to me. He was professional, patient and kind and assured me the delivery would arrive in the time I needed. The guitar arrived to my friend within 2 days of my purchase! Thats quicker than alot of companies I order from here in the U.S. lol. The guitar was packaged nicely and delivered with care. I would have given 5 stars but the guitar strings looked a little old but Shahzaib explained that to me, and it didnt effect the sound because the guitar sounded great. Overall, my customer service experience was great.
