The Institution of Engineers Pakistan is the prestigious organisation found in 1948. They register engineers as members and offer Continous Professional Development Courses free of Cost. They have their own building. The management is elected after 4 years. I have membership there and attended 3 courses. The people are cooperative and helpful. For Engineers it is highly recommended to get registered and have free courses. These CPD points are necessary for becoming Professional Engineers. The organisation is NGO and is registered in many organisations including Pakistan Engineering Council. They have offices in Lahore and Karachi also.
Reputation is good and seems good too. The students who are studying there seems satisfied and this quite a big achievement. Nice and old college that is doing a good job for engineering level education. They have set some good standard that made it an ideal choice for the students. Teachers are good and professional with very well equipped laboratories and attendants. Location is also very optimum for the students to reach easily via several buses. if you need better results go to this college and avail some excellent education. Strongly recommended
