The staff were helpful and offered extras to ensure we were comfortable and that extra family was accommodated for. We didn’t have cleaners but they were available with fees. The apartments were not up to the same standards as shown in the pictures and were somewhat misleading. However any problems were fixed asap. Hygiene standards could have been higher but overall it was better than other apartments in Pakistan as there was 24 hour electricity etc.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and it suited the family. New clean spacious apartment with good facility. Fabulous new apartment with great amenities including Gym. Would definitely stay here again.

Best apartments in bahria town civic center.

Very unprofessional. I had been in contact with them more than 2 months ahead of my stay, with them assuring me that apartment is available and booked for me. A day before my stay, I get told that they are fully booked! to make it worse, I had to keep calling them, different team members, and those had confirmed/promised the booking didnt bother to revert back to me directly.

Room are good and decently furnished, well cleaned and equipped with all needs. Comfortable and well controlled atmosphere.A fine place to be, indeed.

Since the FM has left the cleaning etc has improved a lot more better service aswell jobs getting done with out any fuss made best cleaner is shoiabWorst place ever to stay waited over 12hours for fresh towels asked for a double bed which I waited for over two weeks till I made a issue it wasn’t sorted toilet had no working flush shower was leaking tv wasn’t working for over 5days kept getting told they have no electrician. Leaking taps all night and day in all it’s a nice place but the service is terrible the facilities manger has a attitude problem and no customer skills or communication skills very disappointed. Nothing gets done till you don’t ask to the owner then magical everything happens. If I had a choice it wouldn’t even get a star.
