This place saved me at least Rs. 30,000 today!!My laptop has a cracked screen for years and works fine. Today it went blank. I took it to a shop called Computers Today at the same location as Xtra. They told me I need a new panel which they will get from Lahore/Karachi and will cost me Rs. 28,000. I was shocked at the cost I am about to face.By some miracle, I walked out of this shop and into Xtra Computers, where one of the representatives took my laptop into his work area and within 5 seconds, came out with my laptop SCREEN ON and PERFECTLY FUNCTIONAL!!!!He said I had just mistakenly pressed the projector button so the screen switched off. IT WAS FINE!! AND he refused to take any repair charges!!!I am so thankful to these honest, expert professionals.(I am also going to write a review for Computers Today...God knows what they were planning to do with my perfectly functional panel when they ripped me off!)Thank you!!!May your work prosper!

Make sure that you know your numbers, models, and have all information about the product you want to buy before going into the shop because they tried to sell an older model of laptop for a much higher price.Also, they ruined my laptop when I gave it to them for a quick check by trying to repair something that was risky, not warning me of any risks involved, or asking for my permission.Ive seen several other customers face problems. Overall, their customer service is poor, and is apparent when dealing with them for a longer period of time.
