I went there to replace the Keyboard of my laptop. I trusted them as they were recommended to me by premier systems(HP Official Service Provider). PC House said they would charge Rs. 2400 for non-genuine Keyboard and a Whopping Rs. 18000 if I want genuine Keyboard. In the end, I got a genuine Keyboard from Compsi(Another HP Official service Provider) for Rs 3600. I hope you guys dont take customers for a fool in the future.

Not a reliable place at all. I wanted a laptop for my university use and i searched all the options available in islamabad and rawalpindi. By reading the reviews like other people i was also pretty convinced that this was one of the best places to buy a laptop in the twin cities. I ended up buying a hp envy 13 from them. It was almost 123,000 PKR. I bought it in October 2018. After only one month of usage different keys started to sway. I am quite sure that one of these keys was not properly attached at the time i bought it, but due to my negligence, i didnt checked it at that time. I want you people to check each and every key before buying a laptop. Anyways after 3-4 months of usage on of the keys (B key) completely fell out of its place. I was shocked that how did that happen. I had one year warranty so before taking it to the hp service partner i took it to Pc house and told them what happened. I showed them the key and asked them if they could help me a bit and their response was Aisa pehle kabhi nai hua, hum kuch nai kar saktay, service center la jain. I was devastated by their comments like i know you are not the manufacturer of the product but i just bought a machine worth more than 1 lac, you should atleast have some regard and be a bit more helpful by just saying let us see what we can do or just try to put the button back in its place, but they were least bothered and didnt tried to help me at all. I couldnt give my laptop to the service providers of hp as i was in the final weeks of my semester and had to submit projects and i couldnt afford to give away my laptop for a week or so because the service providers take time. I ended up using the laptop as it was and after some more use of about 5-6 months, its screen start flickering, the wifi was not connecting instantly and sometimes didnt connected for a long time and the My Computer/My Files folder was even not opening properly. Adding insult to injury, the speakers also somtimes stopped functioning and i needed to restart the laptop to make them work. All this happened within a year, i bought the laptop in october 2018 and all this happened even before May 2019. So i just wanted to inform everyone that i didnt found them(PC House) reliable at all, maybe it was just with my unit, i am not blaming them for selling defective equipment to everyone, but they should be a bit more helpful and respective towards their customers and check their devices/equipment properly before selling them to the customers. I dont want people to stop buying products from them but just want to tell everyone that you should use the laptop for almost half an hour and check each and everything starting from the software to the hardware. And people should ask them to provide atleast 2 weeks of shop warranty apart from the official HP warranty if possible, so that people can return if any problem arises. I hope this helps everyone.

I had purchased WD passport two years ago and there was an issue with it (works on mac but not on Windows) I had discussed with the guy and he told we give one year full warranty and after that you had to pay the postage, I purchased another & backed up and came back for the claim now they refused to take it back or send it to WD ( 3 years warranty still 1 year left) even in case I agree to pay the postage. Feeling pathetic now...

Bought Lenovo P1ma40. A great phone with 4000mah battery. I use 3g whole day and battery still remains after returning back to home. PC House is authorized Lenovo store and its better to buy Lenovo products from there.

Over priced accessories with below average services. Mr shahid confirmed on mobile that he can replace carbon x1 keyboard but price he was quoting was almost double as compared to international market rates. So i bought it online and went to him again. But when asked to replace the keyboard, he said that he is not in the services business. I ended up buying tools from black horse plaza and replaced the keyboard myself.
