Go with these guys! Seriously!My airpods pro had the static crackling issue that has plagued the pro lineup. These guys not only replaced it free of charge - no questions asked, but were able to do it THREE TIMES OVER.Thats right, the issue is extremely prevalent on the airpods pro and the first 2 times that I got the warranty claimed, the new ones started having issues as well in about a month. On my fourth pair now and they havent had any issues so far. Every time that the warranty was claimed, they took my previous pros and after 4-5 days of getting a new pair sent by Apple, gave me the replacement. Again, free of charge, no questions asked. Theyre an authorized apple partner and everything they do is held to the Apple standard of customer service.

Their rep Saqib was quite well informed and briefed me good despite the late hour calling. I visited their outlet today afternoon. All the staff was responsive, polite and very co-operative. Worst Experience ever !! FRAUD !!My laptop had heating issue , and from past two months it had charging issues, I handed over laptop to them and told them that its main issue is heating and from last two months its not charging ,,,they took my laptop and after a couple of days they told me that they have done SERVICE ,,bcoz of dust it was not charging !!When I reached there a guy told me that its heating bcoz it has 2 gb ram !!It was shocking because When I bought my laptop brand new 5 years back even then it had 4 GB RAM ,,they returned my laptop with 2GB RAM installed in it. when I talked to the manager he kept on saying that hum ne nei nikali indirectly blaming me like I was asking for any undue favor from him.lets even forget RAM issue for a moment and assume it had 2gb ram coming to second pointYesterday my friend who is a software engineer opened my laptop and showed me what SERVICE THEY HAVE DONE !!!I paid 3000 for service of my laptop Im gonna attach pictures to show you guys what service they did !!! I will also upload VIDEO on social media of SERVICE they have done !! forget the RAM fraudulent activity !!! Very nice customer dealing. They upgrade my MacBook pro with 1TB flash storage and change battery panel. What an awesome experience it was. I didnt know that Apple had its authorized service center here in Pakistan. Apple Care recommended me Pak Mac, I reluctantly sent them an email and they called me back, heard me completely and asked me to bring in my MacBook saying it can be repaired. Since mine was a new model, they imported the defective part for me, took about 13/14 days to come. As soon as the part arrived, they stayed late that day and changed it. During the whole process, they were in constant contact with me, answered all my queries. Not only my issue was fixed I got to know and meet a great team, especially Mr. Usman. Hes the best, he is always there to respond, goes beyond and services you the best. Thank you, Pak Mac, you saved me from a big headache and loss, otherwise, I would have to send my MacBook abroad to get it fixed.

I never write reviews however this company really deserves it. I am so content and happy with all aspects of their service, I dont know where to start. I live in F6 and couldnt make it to their i8 office, so they sent out a tech guy who came in less than 20 mins. They took a mini diagnosis, took the laptop with them, repaired in under a day, and they returned it back to me to my home. The job they did was impeccable. My Mac was all over the place, externally and internally, and for such a reasonable price they basically gave a wonderful full MOT of the Mac and made it brand new.
