They are doing good work but my hd was not recovered

Unprofessional and uneducated personnel, dont know the minimum engineering knowledge to work on the hard drives. They can only work with some recovery software nothing more.

First they never update you about your drive if you have given them for data recovery. Days will gone and they will not bother to call you for an update. Worst customer service. P.S i submitted my drive to them for data recovery but they couldnt recover my data. So 0/10.

Great service, i am giving 3 stars because they will never send you the original drive back. other than that they are awesome with the recovery, i got all my data back. i requested several time to send me my original drive, they promised but they didnt send it.
