Karlot Residential College Islamabad was established in the year 2003. Since its beginning It has not only been an out standing and extra ordinary Educational institution but it has also been a trend setter in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Prof. Nisar Ahmed, a young educationist, with a lot of enthusiasm in his heart and a lot of unique and practicable ideas came from Faisalabad to do something exceptional away from the routine in the field of schooling and Education. He introduced the idea of Full day school (Day Boarding) alongwith a traditional but very disciplined Boarding. He gave free pick and drop facility to all students and teachers. He gave free books and many other facilities. He built a spacious campus and worked very hard day and night. The institution succeeded very soon and earned a very good repute within days and weeks. Now Karlot Residential College is a junior and senior school and an intermediate College having about two thousand students. It has an excellent faculty of about 150 teachers (Graduates, M.A, M. Sc. M. Phil ).
