Its newly constructed university , Electronics Engineering, Applied physics , Urdu, Islamic studies, business administration, Economics , computer science, are studed heres. Very good education, environment.

I am giving this university 5 stars because their new building is mind boggling. A great building. Good atmosphere. Although its near a village. Butt surrounding is so cool. And specially its located in hill area. Hope to seee students will b there in next semester..Thats it for now

Its location is very bad there is no road and no cafe , no intermet service ,no transport service there are many wild animals near university the university needs to improve all of this

The Federal University is not located here anymore. There is now some WAPDAs office.

As per provision of this ordinance the university has its principal seat at Islamabad. The university started functioning in November 2002 by taking over two federal government colleges namely Federal Urdu Science College, Karachi and Federal Urdu Arts College, Karachi.

To begin with, the university established two faculties viz Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences and Faculty of Information Technology and Computer Science with immediate focus on teaching the subjects of Business Administration and Computer Science. The university may establish any number of colleges, institutes and campuses anywhere in or out side Pakistan as may be prescribed.

A good university with many different departments. There are a large number of students in almost every department. It is a ful government university but still I have to pay fees(less as compare to private universities) educational activities are good here. They have haired talented faculty members in many departments ( but still need to hair some more teachers because of many load of classes)There are 3 shifts morning evening and weekends program which is best for many people. Such as some people are busy in morning in jobs or other activities so they can continue their studies here. Furthermore for those who are being involved in their duties for whole week there is an opportunity for them as they offer weekends classes in most of its departments like physics etc. The stuff is very helpful and polite. Parking is outside the university but still secure because there is guard to watch the vehicles. Also there is a large big green belt where students often come for their get togethers. The university students are cooperative and assistive. Overall environment is good there is no such good cafe inside the university so u have to go outside for some small refreshments there is a cafe at the back where can also find a masjid for prayer. The building is old and not will managed but still it is bearable and one can take classes all basic needs are provided by university. They are shifting to another building thats why this building is miss managed may be in next year. Grading system is absolute and teachers are not that much hard. One can easily score better if work a little hard.they also have a library. They provide transportation to some specific areas. They also have laboratories with some very little equipments. So research students often go to other universities and institutions.
