Poor customer service. Ordered 2 products online, both had size issues. Was told repeatedly by their online support to go to the store in F-10 markaz, at a perscribed time to exchange. The store reps (Rahat cashier under Naveed manager) refused to help me and blatently rejected their own online supports email which approved of my exchange.

A better for shopping if u have got ur pocket full. New fashion and design are available so u cant relly find old fashioned shirts etc over here. No plain jeans would be available over here. Stuff for ladies and children too. Wallets are quite pathetic .

Not satisfied totally.. Bought 3 winter items and they all had faults in them.. 2 item were sent back to head office and came back with rectification but the blazzer which had pilling issue had the same issue again.. When went againto thestore they said we ll repeat the process . Like seriously...??? I asked them to change it.. They said call our headoffice and its the second day.. The headoffice is not picking the call..

Outfitter is a good Pakistani brand, but their stuffs and products are way much expensive according to their products material quality and one thing more they have no idea of their customers taste that what the customers need and wants, they always introduce stuffs which are good for jokers type peoples but not good for sober ones.
