If you want reach there office, enter on the service road from the Marriott Hotel side. I tried entering from the D Chowk side as Google had indicated but that entrance has been closed permanently!

Had an issue with online personal NOC issuance. Went there. Everything went smooth. Special shout-out to Miss Maryam Muzaffar

There is no tax on personal belongings in any country of the world but here in Pakistan you have to pay 20% tax on your personal Mobile Phone if brought from abroad.

We overseas Pakistanis sent billions to make the economy strong but in return we dont get basic facilities. My phone was blocked by PTA since the day I arrived in Pakistan even I brought one phone and tried to register via PTA website but wasnt successful. I tried to contact customer services many times but no answer. I sent them email but received no answer. Shame in PTA as this is main head of telecom authority.

A lot of true reviews i.e. no answer to ur calls, emails and complaints etc so my suggestion is to get your token from the reception and go for a short tour of the surroundings, eat, smoke or do whatever you want you have at least two hours for your turn to come.

Zero stars for such nonsense. They are asking 40,000 pkr for registration.

My experience with PTA is very bad facing too much problem meet with corrupt - dishonest & unaware officers. My petition is pending at President Secretariat of Pakistan 2884/16 even all violation - allegation - misleading statement has been proven on ufone including with services provider in front of corrupt & dishonest PTA officers during several meetings but they are unable to take action even unable to give (decision - verdict - justice ) on the consumer complaints.PTA officers unware from consumer protection act & Telecom act 1996.دوست ممالک ناراض نا ہوں اسلئے کارروائی نہیں کرسکتے اور نا ہی فیصلہ دے سکتے ہیں .

Worst verification service ever, they didnt pick the call, if they picked up then they didnt give any kind of answer. Shameful Pakistan telecom service. corrupted workers...

PTA is unable to perform its duty incompetent corrupt workers.. This department must be shut down. Its burden on the nation shoulders.

Its PTAs office but located in residential area.. it has no board on it.. just go and knowk the door...
