An old loyal customer of them, but their service has detoriated to levels that I cannot describe. From poor quality food to extreme delayed delivery, theyre going down the drain. The management is also completely unresponsive on this part. Wish I could give minus stars. Extremely disappointed. Lost a loyal customer.

It was my first visit to Cukoos Bara Kahu. I ordered their special pizza and fettuccine alfredo pasta. Pizza was exceptional and tasteful. Pasta lacked taste and had a strand of hair in it, extremely disgusted me. Unprofessional staff with absolute zero etiquettes. Continuous stare by the recruits at us.

Well it was my 2nd time to visit but felt really disappointed, as they didnt follow my order properly which i advised them not to use much spices, and 2nd thing, they also started GST on every order, which is highly disappointing...Well it was my last visit you can say.
