My experience with shifa International is very good so far, i admitted there 3 times and got full attention by staff and doctors.and many other family members got great experience ,highly recommended

I was surprised to see that in the hospital no one is following Covid instructions. People are are sitting close to each other, in laboratory line standing very close, token line same story no social distance, no marking from management.

Worst hospital i have visited based on the amount of money they are charging. The nursing staff is not properly trained. I had to make several rounds for getting a single urine test done which would even take less time in a govt. run hospital. I would recommend people visit any other private hospital instead of this place.They are charging a very high rate with average service.

My mother in law is Admitted there, but no improvements so far. I heard the management is not good at al. Plus they are charging one lakh rupees a day. They are taking advantages of people who really need to be taken care of. They are not telling what exactly is going on with her I am very sad at this moment about it. I hope soon they treat her well and get her outa there. And People of management need to be kicked outa there.

Extremely expensive. Ruthless and in-humane attitude of hospital management You can never reconcile the amounts charged under different heads, lot of hidden charges. Whether ICU or general ward they make sure to charge you 100,000 per day in one way or the other. Services given do not match the money charged. Rude and untrained staff. you cannot leave patient un-attended on the mercy of staff. All in all a very poor experience.

This hospital is just a business. Doctors treat you inhumanly, no interest in patients’s care or emotions. It seems as they don’t have any feeling for their patients heartless people they think they are Gods and can do whatever they want. People sell their properties and belongings to save their loved ones lives but they don’t know with this money hospital is running its business. Very disappointed and sad. I want to request to management please make some system to check your doctors’s performance regularly especially senior doctors who play with people’s lives. It doesn’t matter if you are paying millions of rupees, doctors will treat you like animals unless you have got any approach. I will not recommend this hospital at all. This hospital is full of thieves and naive doctors, nurses. They dont behave humanly with patients, treat like animals. Shifa will charge you massive amounts. My mom just had sodium chloride down level issue and the hospital charge 1.5 million for giving only normal saline solution. Taking a lot of laboratories tests its habit of shifa international hospital. Rude doctors and para medical staff. They treat temporarily, Never give you a permanent cure.

Hospital infrastructure is good, although there are lot of parking issues.Quality of treatment varies from department to department. Some departments deal very good and doctors take keen interest while in some departments you would experience same attitude as in any government hospital. Its your luck

Worst hospital and management especially Dr Farukh related to radiation department. Not satisfied with my mom results she is surviving with cancer and their behaviour is so rude.when you call them for help they ignored you.

Worst hospital. Their charges are way high but in terms of service its zero. My mother with leg pains came to see doctor and after that 1 hour in line for medicines, 2hrs to go and meet orthopadic to advise about excercise. One guy sent to first floor, second one to basement third to first floor again and vice versa mother with pain going here and there and no one given final solutions. They only concerned about fee rest go to hell. Management should look such matters and take action accordingly.

I got appointment for my wife who was suffering with shoulder pain. We reached before time to avoid delay in our turn. Orthopedic receptionist diverted us to cash counter to pay doctor fee. We went to reception and showed our appointment and he asked us to pay Registration fee along with doctor consultation fee. I told the guy we have already registered with hospital Since 2007, he simply refused and ask to pay RS 500 extra as he is unable to find my wife name. I paid amount and went to main cash counter and complained about the behavior of cashier and extra amount he took. The guy search my wife name and found the file number and refunded extra amount charged to us. We went to doctor and they kept us waiting for another one hour as doctor came late and they have many patients before us. Our turn came and I complained to doctor about the delay but he simply said “ I was late today”I guess staff is very uncooperative unprofessional and trying to make money by any means.

Bad experience during admission and discharge lenghty and exhausting process took almost 5 hours for each. secondly they put lots of extra charges on facilities you have never used i complaint about them they asked told me all you can do is to fill the complaint form but you have to pay the charges as tgey are entered in our system . Greedy people bad experience wont go there again...

All is good but nurses and lower staff is not cooperative and not helping.

Even though the service is good but the personnel at counters staff are totally ill- mannered. Specially the people dealing at cash counter. Very shameful. My recommendation is Mahroof.

I admitted my mother with chronic heart condition. They discharged her after five days after making a lot of money. We were charged 100000 pkr for two hours in emergency only. They couldnt diagnose the real issue which was cardiac arrest and discharged my mother. My mother passed away with cardiac arrest after two days and we found the real diagnosis after her death which shifa Could not find that in five days after charging us huge amounts. Their charges were a complete loot. They are real thrives acting as doctors.

No doubt they are highly expensive. But their treatment is the best in town.

I always love how Shifa hospital treats their patients with care and affection. The doctors and other staff are generally very cooperative and professional. I am very satisfied. They are very expensive so this might be a con for some people, but their excellent level of service justifies their being expensive. Good things are generally expensive. So I would recommend to anyone who can afford.

Not a hospital but business. Worst management, no care for patients, they give appointment and after receiving payment they delay it for later time. TELEclinic is a joke, DONT pay them online , they will make you call 50 times and then ask to wait until Doctor gets available- no mercy, no humanity.

Pathetic staff. They will miss medication because they tend to forget. Most importantly when you call them that its time for insulin they say OK we will come but they never come. You have to ask them like 3-4 times then they do the task. The management is worst they treat you like gov hospital patient. There aim is to make money out of you without giving any services.

The best pathetic managment of its Radiology department. They say wait for an hour or two for MRI and then they extended the time with an hour after each hour. Then after 24 hours report is ready and when you come to collect it they ask you to wait for 45 minutes as film of those reports isnt ready yet.

I am very disappointed with the behavior of Doctor Mehar jaan surgeon. We took our grandma for checkup and doctors behavior was so bad . She didn’t even know that how she should treat her patient. Why this high level hospital keep such kind of doctors who are very unprofessional and irresponsibleI won’t visit her ever again . Hell disapointed from this hospital. They admitted our patient after 6 long hours delay despite the fact that our patient was suspected for Myocardial infarction. They made sure we spend all night in emergency and then did rest of the investigations in CCU after 12 hours delay.The MOs and PGs are busy in their phones and chit chat with fellow friends with a zero sympathy towards your patient. But on otherhand i find consultants attitude better. A big NO if youre patient needs emergency consultation or you are planning to visit this hosp. Please try other alternative hospital. Trust me this hospital is worst than government hospital.

Non-alert staff, you always need to explain and check staff for what doctor has said and what to do.

Doctors here prescribe lot of unnecessary/non relevant tests just to pull the cash out of your pocket. Once you have paid the fee they will not follow the appointment time. Some doctors can be incapable and clueless.

Shifa international Hospital is a international standard hospital. It provides health services with care. Also a research and training institute. High qualified and specialized doctors and nurses and paramedical staff. Pharmacy here. Best ambulance service. International standard radiology department and pathology lab. Cardiology department, pathologist, nephrologist, neurology department, gynecologist, child specialist, urologists etc. It is very reputed Hospital. Very expensive treatment. Choice of the classes. Ordinary people cant afford its costly treatment.

I visited to doctor Saeed uallah cardiac clinic . My blood pressure was 175 and some head stroke problems. Doctor said everything is fine and not give any medicines. I was so surprised about doctor and hospital credibility. Still my blood pressure is 180 and I taking medication.Big question mark about doctor and hospital.My registration number is MR 20-06-02-52

Too high money & Waste money Government Hospital better then Shafa

A few days ago i was there for some kidney check up. They were only charging me money at every point and had no intention on my disease. Almost 12000 they charge me for normal check up but still not provide me an authentic reason for my disease.Totally unacceptable experience

Dear concern,The Admission counter need improvement.we have been waiting for more than 45 minutes to get our admission processed still we have to wait for uncertain time period. Such prolonged wait is not convient for patients without attendants.

It is a good Facility for Medical Related concerns. But Extremely Expensive. Not recommended for Middle Class or Lower Middle Class. Sometimes very easy and small procedures are charge with very high rates and taxes. If you want to save money, You shall not go to this hospital. If you have a lot of money than you are highly recommended to visit Shifa Hospital and get what ever you want. :)

A cousin of mine is an employee here, and I recently made several visits to meet him for something or the other. The hospital is commendable overall. I liked the interior and the OTs. As far as the service is concerned, I hope it would be satisfactory for the patients.Edit: My cousin got admitted for heart issues. ER treatment was great! Then he was shifted to CCU, that was also perfect! I spent a lot of time here in person, so I can state that through my own experience. Masjid is also spacious & commendable.

I heard people saying that SHIFA INTERNATIONAL HOSPITAL does not treat patient well. Till I experienced it first hand I had a hernia which was supposed to be repaired easily, the nurses and doctors gave me complete assurance but when I went through surgery my stomach has been deformed there are lumps in places of normal stomach. I am ruined.All I have to say if you really want to destroy your body go to Shifa they will ruin it for you. They are inexperienced liars they give you false hope and let juniors handle the case so in other words you become an experiment to their devices

My father was admitted in ICU and the doctor was an internee kind of creature. All they did is only kept practising and constantly told us that my Father is fine. His health was declining day by day and doctors were not giving us proper response. We decided to shift our father to another armed forces hospital but Shifa hospital refused to let our father go. Why ? Because per day bill was 120000 PKR which they didnt want to lose. To cut the story short after paying four days bill 450000 we shifted our father and doctors in armed forces hospital told us that our father is in last stage of his life. After 2 days father expired. Hoax to taking your loved ones to this corporate hospital.

I visited with a heart patient with currently high blood pressure. They have unnecessery delays in starting treatment, leave patient waiting for next step when even there is no rush. BP was around 180 and for fisrt hour plus no medication was given and we were discharged with tablet to take as home medication. But no medication in emergency along with not much care.

A little bit costly but excellent level of service is available here, all latest level machines are installed here with expert level doctors. Neat and clean environment, beautifully location. Overall you can rate it an international level hospital available in Pakistan.

I don’t know if this a hospital or a place of projection of Business ideas. I mean literally it is nothing like what you see on the internet and on the websites and everything they have made their website so organized and even the whole hospital is really well organized and well furnished but the staff and the people working are literally not up to the mark. You have to wander between the receptions and cash collection counters and medical desks to get information regarding anything and the staff at times does not even respond. The parking space is huge question and for an International Hospital the parking space is not enough. In-short if they are charging so much their facilities should be up to the mark.

Too Much costly, only corrupt people can afford its cost. i got the injection from the pharmacy inside the shifa which is 135 but i thought out side a nurse can take a 50-100 for a injection soo i could be max 150 but first you have to make a receipt of 500 the go to show that & then the nursing staff can give you the injection.Hell of a cost for a simple injection..
