When PTCL was privitaised the service was outstanding but now its understanding

One will never find any solution from them. I wounder why they are there. ..

Worst experience. They keep customers in wait and you have to wait outside in these hot summer days where no shade or drinking water is available. Also there is no washroom for customers.

The processing speed of clients inside the office is very slow in the covid-19 scenario as the staff was half (but the client reaching rate remains as usual i.e. 100%). We need to wait under the burning sun with fasting. No shade and sitting facility available outside. The ptcl needs to increase its staff to balance the client inflow rate and place the shade and chairs outside

PTCL and ufone customers service centre. Staff co-operative trying to resolve issue but for one issue i visited thrice then resolved

Sorry to say but PTCL Exchange I-10 has very non-cooperating and rude staff. I am very disappointed with their attitude toward my repeated complaints.

Excellent services with advance billing system and 24 hours available machine to pay bill.

Main office of Pakistan Telecommunication Company for I sectors in Islamabad. They have added the best value to landline telephones by improving their broadband internet services. Recently they have also started fibre optic cable system for unmatched broad band services. Staff is quite professional and cooperative to deal with their clients.

The ufone and PTCL customer service center just outside the main entrance of PTCL exchange I-10 is providing excellent service to the customers through their highly educated staff.The PTCL Exchange I-10 however itself is in pathetic condition with highly incapable lower staff who do not give a heed to your complaints and their bosses are helpless due to the blackmailing attitude of staff driven by PTCL union mafia.

They have worst service .In their bill they took taxes which we didnt know.I ll give you a piece of advice (they damned care about their customers)

Its a good place especially the staff at one shop is really helpful

Their service is so bad. I just visit so I can bring any lineman to my house to fix my internet.

The worst company in the whole world had to call them 50 times still the issue persisted. Save your self a lot of time save your self a lot of headaches. There customer support team sucks big time not only are the agents extremely disrespectful but also the Managers.

The Cooperation Level of Customer Service centre at Step One is so Poor and Laziness. They Simple reply they have not complete and full rights of switching and shifting Connection.

Issue reporting is not hectic but the staff there didnt fulfil their responsibility, they left errors or mistakes in their task/job.

3rd class behavior of staff. Few days age I returned 2 internet and TV connections of my home after 6 year just because of poor service of internet

This is one of good ptcl one stop shop. Staff ia friendly and you can also pay your bills through cash deposit machine around the clock.
