Extremely poor service. Took them more than a week to make two curtains..that too of uneven length. I asked them to fix it. They took another one week and did not even bother to call back. Finally when I called them, the curtains were fixed. Again when I hung them, the problem was still there and I returned them. Then they tried to fix them again, and insisted that adjustments have been done as per my requirement. The stitching got messy of course and I asked them to return my money; which they refused!! Finally, I got no curtains and lost Pkr 8,800. Im never going back to a shop which cheats and then has no regard for customer satisfaction. And Im never going to pay 100% in advance. Once they get the money, they care less what they deliver.

Pretty good in Islamabad. Their focus is on quality and in Islamabad I found the best quality with them. Hats off guys! Keep it up. Thank you for getting me amazing curtains. :)
