Sabzi Mandi, I 11/4 Islamabad consists of a kilometre area in the said sector. There are three type of deals in the Mandi.1- Hole sale mart of the grocery items.2- Fresh vegetables mart which is available in hole sale and at retail price.3- Fruit market where fresh fruit sold in hole sale and retail.Customers come here from district Jehlum, Attock, KPK province, and Azad Kashmir territories.Most of the murchants belong to KPK and Murree. Mandi business starts from evening and continues to late morning. In the day time only retailers sell vegetables and fruits while the grocery market timing is till evening.There are lot of reforms have to do, like management of the action areas, traffic plane, parking plane, regulation of vegetable and fruit howkers and mainly the cleanliness and garbage clearance.

It is Sabzi and Fruit Mandi and facility to have fresh Sabzi & Fruits at cheaper rate in big quantities.However there is a lot of mismanagement here and it is one of the most unhygienic place with a lot of garbage around. Particularly during rainy days, it utmost filthy place and very difficult to move around.Roads are usually blocked and no traffic rule followed.Since things are cheaper and fresh here still people do tend to come here to grab the things in bulk. BUT it do need attention by the concerned authorities.
