The service is excellent. Their staff is very professional and helpful. Even though, they dont offer any tip box for staff (which they should). The food is served fresh and hot and they make limited quantity of their signature cinnamon buns and sandwiches. The atmosphere is suitable for working professionals and friends. Their prices are low as compared to other international coffee chains operating in Pakistan.

If you have never eaten cinnabon before then you HAVE TO try it. I couldnt believe that I hadnt heard about such a place before. These guys specialize in making cinnamon roles (which are full of calories, looking at you dieters. But definitely worth cheating at). Ive had cinnamon rolls from other very popular restaurants and bakeries but non of them were even on the same level as these - they were incomparable. People who dont like overly sweet food might not like this and you should keep in mind that the rolls are very heavy as well.

Me and My wifes go to place when we visit the mall. The Pecan Nuts Cinnamon rolls are our favourite. We usually do not try any thing else so not much to write about. The sitting is comfortable and the staff are prompt. Excellent place to chill out and have a cinnamon roll.

Pretty good quality of food and coffees. The service is really good. They werent even acting disgruntled (no matter how much they might have been) when I went there at closing time for coffee and a cinnabon.

Please start delivering in Rawalpindi. Otherwise the cinnamon rolls are Perfect!

My favorite coffee place

The worst experience I had. The coffee I ordered was like cold milk. Very little coffee was added and it was just like cold plain milk.Secondly, both savory bites and cinnamon roll / bun contained hair in them. Highly unhygienic and against food quality standards attributed with a brand like cinnabon.I will think more than twice before having my food here.Shocked really

Ordered the cinnabon that they claim started it all. It was okay. No better no worse than the cinnamon rolls that lets say Tehzeeb offers. The ice cream milkshake was a disappointment. It was almost tasteless. The sausage bite was okay. The service was prompt but then they were shouting orders and complaints at one another making a ton of noise. Going there again? Not me.

221115 - Update - reducing rating to 3-stars because salads have been discontinued. :(181115- 5-Stars- Fresh buns, salads and a hot cup of coffee with a sweet cinnamon roll, a sumptuous combination for any meal. Hygienically prepared at the spot. Bit pricey, though. Well laid-out store. Great place for light work or date.

Lost its old charm, now there are very few people and taste has also seemed to be little bland this time, maybe it was me but seemed changed in all aspects.

Loved its cinnamon caramel roll and cold coffee.definitely a place for recommend for coffee lovers.
