The experience was ok only because of ongoing sale. Sizes were not available. Staff non cooperative.. Nothing for teenage kids available.. the quality is also not to write home about. The only good thing was the options in colours.

Pathetic pathetic customer service and average quality. Staff is not only clueless about sizes and materials but indifferent towards customers as well.If it is inevitable to pay them for their average and most of the time outdated designs visit their online store.Cherry on the top, I saw three customers walking out angry during my visit after rightly thrashing their sales staff.

Coats are expensive and OK but their staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They dont give a damn about customer rights. I am never going to buy anything there again. I strongly regret my purchase and would not recommend this store to anyone.

Good quality fabric, good stitching and good design

Whenever they have sales, they start to cut back on quality. Like today i was refused of proper packing of my coat. I made 13.2k rps worth purchase and they were not even decent enough to pack it properly!
