Amazing customer service tbh

3rd grade polo shirt. its just common stuff u can buy this stuff in less than 1000 from retail store. they just normal stuff and put their logo and do branding. i regret my online buying experience for a polo shirt. the price i paid was 1886 pkr. instead i l prefer to spend 3k to 4k on a Giordano shirt. Giordano stuf is way better than this cheap Monark. Giordano has much more thread count and high quality. my order number was 000016256.

Worst experience to visit there twice.the staff is extremely.non-coperative with the customers as well as their shift lead.I have visited twiceSecond time they refused to give me my order and make a lame and pathetic excuse that sir you are 2 mins late.so we cannot give you the order.aWorst and shameful act of monark.
