The two star is for J. as a brand and not this one particular outlet. there was a time my family used to shop from J. because of their reasonable price tags and mostly because of the decency / modesty of their designs and clothes. however, this isnt the case lately. their cloth is becoming more and more transparent while the prices are rocketing upwards. adhere to the decency at least.

I did the transaction again , and again I was charged, but the merchant said they have not received the amount. But I received the confirmation messages from HBL. Okay so once I was watching Junaid Jamshids video of telling his thoughts how to do business by giving examples of himself promising to satisfy customers.He gave examples of purchased product exchange phenomena so whoever comes for an exchange should be given: but here I was at their F-10 branch and found out that no such policy is applied here.I really pray for the departed Junaid Jamshed but he must not be happy above seeing his successors and employees violating his POVs.Low quality services , low quality customer dealing, really disappointed over this in professional approach.1/10 rating

Quality has been good since the beginning , though sometimes i dont feel the same , specially since the last year . Perfumes are wonderful . Ill rate the services as following.Customer service: whenever Ive visited j.js shop at f-10, they always treat professionally. If you have some doubt regarding an item that you might need to change it or have to get it altered, then it is advised to keep the buying receipt with you (to show it to them when you want alteration) and the tags on the items should be present at the time of alteration/change.The ink on the receipts usually gets fade after some time.I take their pics through mobile phone, in case if i lost the original receipts.Kids and women clothing: Ive tried some of the stitched and unstitched women clothes. The fabric of some stitched clothes is very light(see through) and some got fade after just 1 wash, so one should be careful about fabric while buying. My experience with kids clothes was ok. Ill give 3 out of 5 rating in this case.Mens clothing: the variety here is ok. Ive bought many male kurtas and shalwar kameez from here, but the variety at j.j (F-6 markaz branch) is way better. I also bought a waist coat from F-6 branch made of velvet stuff (it was so good. I tried to find the same quality,stuff and style at different branches of j.j and other brands, but couldnt find like that).Ill rate this section as 4 out of 5 for this branch of j.j, but all 5 to F-6 branch.Perfumes: I havent tried female perfumes, but according to my friend, these are fine (not much high quality). Ive bought male perfumes from here. They are nice, specially fragrance named shaheer (ill give 4 out of 5)Conclusion: I suggest this place to buy male items, mainly.
