REMEMBER this is an adhoc based cattle market. Its operational for a week before Eid ul Azha.

This is temporary cow, sheeps and others cattle selling market for slaughtering at occasion of Eid -ul-Azha. Beautiful cows, sheeps and goats, sometime coullerd and Garlanded with flowers brought here for selling. People buy these in high price to sacrifice at occasion of Eid. The meat is then distributed among poors.

CDA forcefully shift this mandi into residential sector of I-12 which is not acceptable for the people who have plots allocated there. Prime minister should look into this matter. The garbage is also a big issue here. CDA is corrupted organization. They fill their pockets instead of making infrastructure improvements and development in this I-12 sector of islamabad. You called it beautiful Islamabad . Come here and look the garbage and smell. Shame on you CDA

Varity of breed s not only sheep goat veals ,and camels are there. Prices are higher than before.

Its not a permanent establishment cow market. Its only established during EID up Azha season.

Now its part of gulberg green society I block. Not a regular Mandi, but may be on occasions like baqar Eid it is used for sale purchase of animals as its near village
