The service was terrible they kept pulling my daughters hair and they werent wearing masksAlso their makeup products were most likely expiredOne of us had to tell the makeup lady to reapply foundation 3 times abd the hairstyles wete terrible the curls kept uncurlingThe makeup was terrible they made my eyes look long and just never ever go to sobias

Absolutely no sense of professional courtesy or even some common politeness or respect.I went there with the mind to make a wedding makeup reservation for a relative. I mostly work/ live abroad so was sort of expecting atleast some normal professionalism from such a high end parlour. But the moment I stepped in, the only thing I could hear over and over again Gents not allowed, Gents not allowed, Gents not allowed ... ... While the receptionist was staring at me blankly, one of her colleagues sitting in another corner of the parlour, was spontaneously shouting at the top of her voice that Gents are not allowed....A little taken aback by this marvelous display of professionalism I tried explaining that I would like to enquire the rates. At which that same tower of politeness shouted back... Tou aap bahar kharay hoon naaa...I had a strong urge to start lecturing that lady on the value of respect or some politeness, but I simply didnt want to spend another second in or around that place, let alone even think about taking someone to this place. So, I quietly turned around and left.I get that I may not have noticed or anticipated that Gents are not allowed in the parlour, okay, so I made an honest mistake ... But the way I was treated in that brief moment was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. I wonder why the people who represent / work at this place are so poorly trained for even a routine task of handling potential customers (even if by mistake its a male)And not to mention what sort of a business expects a potential customer to stand outside the door (by the way it was raining that day)... and wait for someone to show up, especially after being treated like that... If you dont want Gents to step in to the parlour atleast arrange some sort of a lobby or waiting area... And if thats not possible atleast tell the staff to be polite and respectful.

Unprofessional staff avoid at all cost a complete waste of money

This place is full of unprofessional staff who are good at nothing but chatting with each other. Bride and other ladies of family were abundantly late to event and they had nothing but complaints to report about this Salon.Brides dress was not set properly though it was part of the deal.We missed photoshoot and bride kept trying to fix pins during the event.Oonchi dukan pheeka pakwan at its best.Advise all sisters to stay away from this salon.

Service is bad compared to Islamabad and price is high
