They have the best manicure pedicure service, staff is very professional and cleanliness is very well taken care of. Their products are genuine and has very good effect on skin. I had waxing, manicure, pedicure, eye brows and upper lip and total bill was around 5k (prices are a bit high but value for money considering the quality of services) , reservation is recommended to avoid wait time, however they treat walk-in also very well but better be safe than sorry. I tried almost every salon in Islamabad and this was the only one where I felt comfortable.

They have the filthiest set up, the products are stale. The staff is extremely talented and helpful but the management seems to be running with least interest. Had to make them re-do a nail art service 3 times and it was still horrible due to stale products. Dont waste your money or time.

Worst eyebrows experience. They ruined my eyebrows. Go there for eyebrows only if you hate yourself or if you are planning to go to some funny costume party... other than that a big NO!Regretting the decision of choosing shades for eyebrowsHighly disappointed !!!!

Services r good except that they need to give more confidence and customer management skills to their staff .... fo the manager is busy the floor staff should be able to make decisions and the get the work done according to customer satisfaction .....over all these guys r giving good services according to their pricing !!!keep it up

Staff are friendly but they need a lot more training on nails... i went in to have my gel nails removed (had them done in the UK), I told them that I had gel colour and gel nails and they said that they could remove them. Lets just say something that usually takes about 30mins ended up taking almost 2 hours and they kept asking where I had them done as they were not coming off easily (I had gels as they last longer and dont break as easily as acrylics) I kind of had to tell them how to remove them (i usually do this myself but thought I would use this as an opportunity to check them out)... I dont think they fully understand the sanitation side of it either as I am pretty sure they put the used nail varnish remover (that I soacked my nails in) back in the bottle to use again later (which is really really gross)... overall I think they are friendly but unsanitary and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone...

I have been to this salon it has this appointment system which helps alot the services are just the way I want them. kinza is an all rounder amongst workers and kiran is the perfect hair expert. the ambience is just as cosy and relaxing as needed. you can also shop for personal stuff down in the basement and I do think its good quality stuff there. The ground floor has a collection of average taste make up I have never been happy after shopping from it .the only worst thing about the place is that to pay u have to go all the way up to the second floor which is annoying especially after u take a time consuming service
